Complete scam of a company. They create many deceptive loopholes so you are not able to cancel your free trial, and then they tell you to email them to officially cancel your subscription but they do not answer! They will immediately charge you for an annual subscription which for me was $70. They haven't answered me and I will be in contact with my bank. They pay for fake reviews as well so do not listen to anything positive as every real user has had the same experience as me. Very sad to do this to college students who just want a study tool and most likely dont have much money.

ITS A SCAM!! I signed up for a free trial since it’s required for you to use their services. No problem I thought. I WAS WRONG!!!! I didnt like it and as I tried to end my free trial in the HOUR of me signing up, I kept getting booted from their website. I emailed them the same night incessantly to no avail. No help from their supposed “Customer Service” email. Imagine my delight to see OVER 100$ TAKEN from my account. Conveniently, I was then able to “cancel” my subscription AFTER being charged however, even that was a LIE. Again, after trying to cancel my subscription, I was told that in order to CONFIRM MY CANCELLATION I had to email them AGAIN. So of course since their piss poor service is non existent, they still have my bank information on file. SCAMMERS THROUGH AND THROUGH. Quizlet would NEVER do this.

By FARRRR the worst and most evil online company ive encountered. Worst cancellation program, the whole thing is a big scam to take money away from vulnerable college students. Lost over 200$ to this company and now have to go through a big hassle of getting it back (hopefully). This company should get hit with legal action.

THEY CHARGE EVEN IF YOU CANCEL THE TRIAL. No customer support. Mind grasp is not a real company. Is a group of uni students with a credit card line opened the minute you go into the free trial. They do not have a customer service, and they do everything possible to charge you. Once the money is theirs, they never reply. Tried it, cancelled within the free trial. They charged me anyways. Inside the app environment, it does not appear the option to cancel the subscription. Have documented all of the incidents and will call a lawyer if necessary. Not the way to go about business when customer trust is quite important (in the student community), competition is high and public accountability is possible thanks to linkedin.
