When you want to cancel membership, you have to keep confirming it on each window that pops up. I went though 6 of them. Every time a new window pops up it gets more confusing. At the end of all the confirmations that you want to cancel the trial, you get a message that you need to email them in order to cancel. I emailed them and informed my bank. They tool the money anyway and I have heard nothing back from them about my request, only a invoice and a advert email. All totally against UK law. Companies like this should not get sponsored results from Google and sit up the top of the search results. This company should be ashamed of itself.

just like everybody I have been charged without using the system after the trial period. I have sent them an email in vain. They never replied to me. No customer service active but they are very active to charge your credit card while you're not using their service. I had to cancel my credit card to be able to stop paying for crooked vultures

absolutely horrible, horrible horrible horrible website. They are a scammer never ever use them never use them. It’s AI completely AI generated promoters alright I’m gonna have to cancel my card because of them. They won’t allow me to remove my card details. It takes about five pages to actually cancel our subscription horrible never ever ever use this. I’m actually in a few infuriated right now honestly it’s horrible horrible they are going to rot in hell forever the people that own this business and I pray they never rest until this website is cancelled.

Terrible service. Went through their process of canceling during the trial period only to be charged after I canceled. No response from customer service and having to dispute the charge through PayPal.

Unauthorized charges after cancellation and account deletion! Avoid Mindgrasp at all costs! This company is charging my credit card without any authorization. I officially cancelled my subscription in March 2025 and I have written confirmation from their support (agent Arjay) stating that "no further costs would be charged." Despite this, on January 1st, 2026, they stole $12.99 from my account. The most insane part? They already deleted my account, so I can't even log in to manage or stop these fraudulent charges. I have already reported this to the Italian Postal Police and initiated a chargeback with my bank. UPDATE: Issue Resolved. Following my report, the manager contacted me personally. He refunded the charge caused by a technical bug and offered me an Amazon gift card for the inconvenience. The issue was correctly and professionally resolved by the support team."

Absolutely crap App with complex cancellation step. The App is total garbage. It doesn't have any AI capability.

Used it for schoolwork in 2024. And cancelled my subcription thereafter since I no longer had use for it. Now on January 1st I get a monthly charge out of nowhere. Scam. They also make it very difficult to cancel the subscription trough their site, but I managed to do it, it will also not let you delete your card information. I deleted my info through google, hope that works. I have heard others with similar experiences. Stay away!

SCAM!!! I only wanted to try free version, and after 10 min I tried to cancel. They have a veryyy long process for canceling, which ended at a form. I sent it, and they sent me an email says they will get back in 24 hours. After 2 days I tried again, and the same thing. They got the money and I am dealing with banks right now.
