Avoid at all costs! I originally signed up and choose to pay for a year up front as i had seen some use for it, however the following month another payment of a full years subscription was taken again, it appears that this was mistaken for the monthly subscription and this payment would continue to be taken, I emailed multiple times and no response whatsoever, had to cancel to stop these huge payments and still awaiting a response, avoid!

It's okay in general, but the point being basically if you log in with google account (which is requirement) you set up yourself from the start to doom. Without your consent or choosing anything they will take your money via google pay via google account and you cant refund because they do not respond, cant delete account,cant cancel subscription which you did not signed up for either way so your best bet is to cancel the card and get on with your life.

Sign up if you never want to see your money again. Wouldn’t even read any of my files, tried to cancel before trial expired, as they don’t refund after trial expires, only emailed me back SEVERAL DAYS LATER after trial had expired so they wouldn’t refund me. Tried to explain multiple times that I sent the cancellation request before trial period was over and got ghosted. Finally writing this review after a MONTH OF EMAILING with minimal or no responses. Absolute joke app with even worse customer support.

Terrible, kept trying to charge me after I wanted to cancel my subscription. Emailed multiple times with no response. On the website there is no easy way to cancel, and if there was it doesn’t work.

I love the features/functions of the AI software, especially the note generator and the AI tutor when I need help understanding certain concepts. It does sometimes omit information or sections of the study material that is important when generating notes. That is a red flag for me, but for the most part I am satisfied.

Terrible, impossible to cancel

After subscribing to the annual plan, I am being charged the full annual fee of $131.88 again after only one month. I have sent multiple emails without receiving a response, and no refund has been issued for the duplicate charge. If I do not receive the refund within 2 days, I will escalate the matter by filing complaints with the Maryland Attorney General, the Howard County Office of Consumer Protection, the U.S. FTC, the Italian AGCM, the BBB, and by submitting a cross-border complaint via econsumer.gov.

I try the 3 day trial and cancel the same day. They still charge me. I have emailed their support 3 times in over month and no response from support. I have proof of cancelation too. I used a PayPal because I was worried they would sell info. PayPal say I have wait 6 months before reporting. So totally suck all around.
