This has been such a great experience for me. The neuroplasticity thing is REAL and I’ve been working on changing some core beliefs about myself. I really enjoy working with my guide (Emma). She has been so insightful and non-judgmental in anything we discuss. I feel very supported by the Mindbloom team. It took a couple tries to get the dosage right for me, but the MDs/NPs I worked with were all wonderful and willing to work with me where I was at. Everyone also helped set realistic expectations and made me even more prepared for my next session. I have some deep-seated trauma I need to work through, so I think I will be signing up for the longer course that’s available. Thank you Mindbloom for existing!

I’m only 3 sessions in…wowzers
I’m only 3 sessions in…and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I had heard of MB years earlier when I was living in the Bay Area. I didn’t pay it much mind as I understood Ketamine to be at least sorta illegal? That was my knee jerk reaction. Years later it was suggested to me that I look into KAP & I remembered MB. I researched it to death & finally pulled the trigger. My 1st session was different from my 2nd and the 3rd was different than the 2nd. A lot went on in the 1st sesh, but the other two were (SEEMINGLY) uneventful. HOWEVER, the proof was in the pudding.
Factors of note:
1) My treatments were paced out a little further. I did one every few weeks, so more time has elapsed for me than someone who did 3 sessions in 3 weeks.
2) I went into the process with experience in psychedelics (in my youth), so the sensation of a hallucinogenic drug is not foreign to me. I was not nervous, scared, anxious about that component.
3) I’ve been in therapy & medications to treat major depression, anxiety, & panic for years. Suffice to say this ain’t my 1st rodeo.
4) My suicidal ideations have been present (and at times’ literally constant) for just over 2 decades. It was deeply rooted, but an afterthought to the issues noted in #3.
All that said, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in ALL areas mentioned. Most dramatic has been the absence of ideations. HOLY CRAPAMOLE. I’m brought to welling up from it every time I think about it. I’d become so accustomed to the suicidal mantra, that I didn’t feel like myself even. Anywhoot, for whatever reason, 3 sessions of KAP has been more effective than everything that came before it. So yeah, I’m singing their praises.
I think they should seek out new opportunities to reach ppl. BD/Partnership stuff. Create a non profit for vets on a fixed income & pay yourselves for their treatment. Win-win & everybody gets the warm & fuzzies! 🥳 Reading the reviews…MB could use some of that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's hard to know where to begin
It's hard to know where to begin; I have suffered from depression and anxiety for most of my life, and have had serious pain issues as well. Since starting Mindbloom treatments (I have had 5) I have weaned myself down from 200mg to 50mg of my antidepressant, and I haven't needed an anti anxiety pill at all. My pain has decreased to nearly nonexistent. It sounds glib, but I finally feel well and happy! So glad I took the chance on Mindbloom.

I suffer from anxiety and depression depression
I suffer from anxiety and depression. I found Mindbloom on Facebook. Was skeptical, but the testimony from former users were Amazing. So I figured why not give it a try . I just had my 4th session (out of 6). I had not been able to concentrate or comprehend enough to sit and read in years. Since the 2nd treatment, I have been able to sit and enjoy reading again. I'm seeing improvement in my anxiety. And the weirdest thing of all, (total fluke, Mindbloom makes no claims here) I started the road to menopause awhile back. Hot flashes multiple times a day. Since session 2, I've only had 1 or 2 hot flashes total. Great Fluke of a side effect. I'm looking forward to my last 2 sessions.

Mindbloom delivers...on the hype.
Mindbloom has delivered on their promise to provide a premium customer service and Interventional experience. The medicine is consistently high quality and promptly delivered, the counseling and other customer services are uniformly excellent and the medicine delivers relief on a level I couldn't have imagined. It is not underselling it to say that this company has helped to greatly improve if not outright save my life.
The one other person I know I'm directly responsible for getting involved in the program has had similarly amazing results and they are equally as enthusiastic so that says a lot, it's not just my experience alone.
Of course, treatment is different for everyone, but this is worth a good look. This is real medicine, with lasting positive impact.

Mindbloom’s marketing practices are v
Mindbloom’s marketing practices are deceptive, you have to make payments for 3 months but only get sufficient treatments for 6 weeks.
Also you don’t get to speak to any actual doctors, it’s all physician assistants and nurse practitioners without any specific psychiatric qualifications.
Overall it’s a very expensive service with very little in the way of value.

I am a 69-year old professional male facing BAD surgery
I am a 69-year old professional male in otherwise good health who is about to have a REALLY bad surgery (replace both jaw joints in the same 8 hour operation.) I have a history of several major depressions in the 1990's. To deal with the pre-op pain and the anxiety, I was initially given Ketamine by a pain specialist (M.D.) -- via IV, Someone in his office recommended Mindbloom as being "easier" to do than the traveling and IV infusions. After reading the 2022 journal article in 'Journal of Affective Disorders' I began Mindbloom in May--for a September surgery. The once-per-week dosage helps both with the pre-op machine jaw exercising (painful) and with the PTSD/anxiety left over from a prior (2010) poor shoulder surgery which is fine now but had bad post-op pain. I cannot say enough about both my clinician and guide (I also have a separate interventionalist psychologist). The "team" has gotten me to the threshold in pretty darn good shape--after an earlier "chicken-out" in February. What a difference with support, a plan and the Ketamine this time. And....ps...being a child of the late 60's I found "going back" to the experience has given me a lot of pleasure and peace of mind during this time--I may continue some exploration after the surgery !!! [[Update: As of 9/15, only 12 days to go...and I'm still very steady !]] UPDATE 10/8/2023--I am home from Univ. of Michigan Med Center. The operation was 9/27...it took 4 doctors over ten hours to perform the 4 separate procedures involved. Dr. Sharon Aronovich did not scrub out once in that entire time. I came through in great (if painful) shape and my jaws are completely rebuilt with custom jaw joints! The therapy + Mindbloom worked 105%...I was cool as a cucumber going in at 5 am on the day.....and as I came out of the anesthesia, I thought I was at home ending a Ketamine session!!!! I focused on the happiness that at 69 I had survived such a long operation and filled with gratitude for all of the folks that had helped me get into that surgical room! A special thanks for my guide, Elise, who was messaging me up to the minute I checked in for the surgery and was one of the first to cheer when I lived and it was a huge success. I can eat, speak clearly and get the other dental work I need now !!!!!!

Why did I wait so long to start?
I tried Mindbloom because I was doing EMDR and my trauma was so locked in I wasn’t progressing. My experience with Mindbloom has been so much more than I expected. I am experiencing joy, have the confidence to travel alone, meet people do things, laugh, sing, not sweat the small stuff.
