I've done 5 out of the 6 Ketamine sessions and began noticing a huge improvement in my depression and brain fog after the 3rd session. I took the shotgun approach of self-help and additionally incorporated all of the following to ensure I snap out of the rut I was in: intermittent fasting (no food until 12pm or after), no caffeine until 2 hrs after waking, reading Limitless by Jim Kwik, and focusing on being gentle with myself. As a result, I feel like a new person and my only concern now is maintaining this new baseline.

Mindbloom - not quite there
I recently had an experience with Mindbloom and wanted to share my thoughts and insights. I would rate my experience with them at about 2-3 stars, and here's why.
Firstly, I must commend Mindbloom for their innovative approach to mental health and therapy. It's clear they are committed to making a positive impact in this field, and that's something I genuinely appreciate.
However, my experience with Mindbloom left me feeling conflicted. I underwent a ketamine therapy session, hoping for the best possible outcome. Unfortunately, my initial session didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped, and that's where my mixed feelings began.
One significant challenge I encountered was the difficulty in determining whether this type of treatment was right for me after just one session. The nature of ketamine therapy is such that you might not get the full picture of its benefits or effectiveness after a single treatment. This uncertainty stems from the need to find the correct dosage that works for you, and that can take time and multiple sessions to pinpoint accurately.
Moreover, I found the lack of hands-on support during my session disappointing. I had expected a more guided experience, especially for a treatment involving a drug. The self-led nature of the session left me feeling unsupported and somewhat uncomfortable.
Additionally, it's worth noting that there were long wait times to book an appointment with Mindbloom. Sometimes, appointments weren't available for about weeks in advance, which could be challenging for individuals seeking immediate assistance or those looking for a more flexible treatment schedule.
Furthermore, I must mention that the price point for Mindbloom's services is quite high, given the level of support provided. Considering the significant financial commitment required for the program, the lack of hands-on support, the difficulty in booking timely appointments, and the uncertainty around the effectiveness of the treatment, I found myself questioning the overall value of the service.
The combination of these factors made me hesitant to continue beyond the first session. I was left wondering if the dosing was accurate, if the scheduling could be more accommodating, or if I would have experienced better results with further treatments.
In conclusion, I believe that Mindbloom has potential, but it's essential for prospective clients to be aware of the potential uncertainty that can accompany the initial stages of ketamine therapy, the lack of hands-on support, the long wait times for appointments, and the high price point. I'd recommend careful consideration before embarking on this journey, as it may take time to determine if this treatment is right for you and whether it justifies the investment.
I hope my feedback helps shed light on the intricacies of my experience with Mindbloom. I appreciate their dedication to mental health, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing clarity to clients, enhancing support during sessions, improving appointment availability, and reevaluating the pricing structure to better match the level of service provided.

Medically proven this is safe and it works!
Ketamine and Mindbloom support quickly lifted my depression that was just about making me nonfunctional. I’ve been taking antidepressants for over 30 years and they stopped working. Many people I’ve spoken to in the Mindbloom circles have been able to completely stop all antidepressant medications. Mindbloom staff is by your side taking care of you throughout the entire process. Try this, you’ll be so glad you did.

Short and Sweet
Short and Sweet - Mindbloom is the only thing that’s really helped me in my 35 years of mental health struggles. I feel as if Mindbloom has saved my life. At 45 years old I’m finally able to enjoy life in ways not possible before. No matter how bad it is - there is hope - you are not broken.

A great experience…
I’ve had nothing but a great experience using Mindbloom. I have found it to be so helpful in relieving my anxiety and depression. Overall, the biggest difference I have noticed is the quieting on my critical inner dialogue that’s been there for as long as I can remember, even as a child. So much so that it seems quiet now lol. If you go into it expecting to have crazy visuals and a “trip”, your expectations will not pan out. Its more mild, disassociated experience. It feels like I’m somewhere between awake and asleep. I’ve found the app very helpful and well thought out. The doctors and coach have also been great. I would recommend to friends and family also dealing with mental health and addiction issues.

Totally worth it.
It worked well for me, my anxiety is completely gone after 4 treatments. It works more in the following days of treatment as i reflect. I have not touched or even desired alcohol since i started treatment.
I am more conscientious of what i eat now too and have been eating healthier foods and smaller portions.
I did notice that it took my filter away, i have been telling people flat out what i think of them without a care of repercussions, or feelings, BUT, im not angry when i do it, it just comes out.
I will keep trying it to see if it helps long term

I was beginning my journey with alcohol…
I was beginning my journey with alcohol recovery after years and years of trying to self medicate my adhd unsuccessfully. I had brought myself out of a pretty severe depression microdosing psilocybin and started learning about the world of psychedelic therapy. I feel so grateful to have discovered mindbloom. Ketamine therapy has allowed for self led hypnotherapy if you will. I allowed me to detach trauma and memories from emotions where the energy got stuck. I’ve been able to zoom out to see the bigger picture during stress rather than zone out or escape. Things have become clearer….peeling a layer off that was keeping me from living. I thank everyone I have had the pleasure to interact with at Mindbloom. You have created a progressive community that is organized, warm, caring, and an absolute necessity for humanity right now. Congratulations ❤️

Mindbloom literally saved my life
Mindbloom literally saved my life. I’ve been dealing with treatment resistant major depressive disorder with anxiety for close to ten years now. I had spent the past four years seeking advise from multiple psychiatrists and tried well over 30 different medications including SSRI, SNRI, mood stabilizers, antipsychotics, everything under the sun and the only thing I would experience were the side effects and no relief of my depression. I did a lot of research on ketamine treatments but the only places around where I live charged $500-$1000 per treatment and recommended 3 treatments a week for a month. That was way out of my budget. When I found Mindbloom I did some research and was a bit skeptical if it would be as promising as going to an office for an infusion. I was at such a low point in my life I decided to try it. I really liked that I was able to pay for the first 6 treatments over three months so it didn’t feel like a huge financial burden if it didn’t work. My first treatment was alright and after talking with the clinician afterwards we decided to up the dose. I have currently finished my fourth treatment and I have to say that my life is so much different. Before I felt like I was living my life in molasses. My brain would move slow and I had no motivation to do anything. After each treatment I noticed that my motivation was slowly returning, my anxiety and depression were lessening and I began to find joy in the little things again. My first sign that it was working was my short term memory became better, then I noticed that I didn’t feel anxious if I was out in public like I used to, and then I felt motivation to do things that I’ve been wanting to do for a while but always told myself it was pointless to do like renovating my room or detailing my car. I really like the app and how simple it is to use. I also like the music and fully guided sessions you can chose from. Hopefully in the future they will continue to add to their library. Ketamine to me is a miracle but it doesn’t change your life overnight and you have to be in a mindset ready to work on making some changes yourself. When I began this journey I decided to make some changes to help facilitate healing such as staying off social media, incorporating healthier foods into my diet and I even found the motivation to exercise. I think that if you go into this program ready to celebrate the little changes that occur you will begin to see bigger ones come from that. This program hasn’t just helped my depression and anxiety but it’s also helped me to begin loving myself again. No program is going to be perfect but Mindbloom seems to be the better program available and it’s honestly worth a try. After all this could literally change your entire life for the better and who wouldn’t want that opportunity.
