I thought the process was easy and straightforward and appreciated having everything provided timely. My support personnel were caring and helpful. For some reason after my 5th of 6 sessions MB kept trying to sell me more sessions and told me I was finished. I was still able to do the last session on my own with my music, but felt like things abruptly dropped off at the end. As far as neuroplasticity and such, from my experience I think it would take more sessions and/or more support. Very enjoyable none-the-less and no regrets.

The experiences differ, and they are all great. Mindbloom is on top of its game in every aspect, they are a joy to work with and respond incredibly fast to every request. They have your back and hand you back your life.

The program was straightforward, my clinical provider was great, and my guide was absolutely lovely. They also provide a lot of great articles and resources for getting the most out of the program. Already signed up for more sessions!

Helpful and easy.

Mindbloom is a complete experience for using psychedelic-assisted insight and a therapeutic approach to help the mind find new and old pathways to the self. I felt truly supported by my guide, the special instructions and tips for use and the way she checked in regularly. The experiences themselves were assisted beautifully by my own choice of intention-setting guided scripts and music, much better than the intensity of an in-office IV session with no guidance, setup, or follow-up. I was able to self-manage in a comfortable setting at home, choose my timing, choose my focus and relax into the session. I have gotten so much out of this and it feels manageable, not intense or overwhelming.

It has been mostly good. It is a challenge figuring out the right dose to optimize the experience. My guide and clinician are amazing.

I have wanted to try psychedelic therapy for my anxiety and depression. I found Mindbloom to offer a controlled and safe experience with practical and trustworthy people to guide me. I have experienced an increased ability to deal with negative emotions without being overwhelmed and that has enabled me to do things that are very difficult, and I have been putting off.

The whole process from the Nurse Practitioner, to the Person who guided me through the process, to the actual sessions was extremely helpful. I certainly plan on continuing.
