I felt like the PA I worked with really knew her stuff, and was very helpful. The coach I worked with was also a good listener and helped me think through some things that I could change and focus on.

Mindbloom honestly was a game changer. I wouldn’t be where I am without it. It legitimately changed my life. There was a rough start, but I changed my patient care team and it ended up 5-stars. I just feel like I “wasted” my 1st session. It’s okay though. I’m also considering doing another round. My depression is basically gone, but I could use another round to help with my anxiety (which has lowered but is not gone) and my OCD (which is present but doesn’t overwhelmingly run my every thought). I’m so grateful for my decrease in ruminating thoughts. The cost was worth it just to make my brain quieter.

It was most definitely a life changing experience. Each session (6) my anxiety levels reduced a whole point or two (on that 10 pt scale). I stopped having panic attacks after the first experience, and still have had none since, and that was months ago.

It was a good experience, but I did not get the benefit I sought. It is more my issue than Mindbloom. Mindbloom was easy to work with, and their people were accommodating and professional. I just expected too much. I was looking for something to alleviate my anxiety, and the program gave me more insight into my issue, but it did not give me any relief from it.

I started dealing with depression when I was about 17, and for the next 17+ years I struggled with it on and off, but mostly on. Despite building a family with a beautiful woman, living in nice house, and owning a successful business, I still hated myself. I was constantly depressed. I tried so many things to fix it: therapy, prescribed medication, self-medication, exercise, eating right, picking up hobbies, hanging out with friends, and those things would often help short term, but they were just bandaids. During 2023, my depression got really bad, and I was just sick and tired of it. I knew my life was good, and I was mad that I couldn't enjoy that. I started to look for something that would help me put depression behind me for good. That's when I came across Ketamine. After doing some research online, and listening to a couple podcasts, I started to see ads on IG. I was a little skeptical of doing it at home, but listening to the podcasts and then having my interview with a therapist through the Mindbloom app, I decided to go for it. During that first session, I saw myself with clarity for the first time in a long time, and I saw how unkind I had been to myself for years. I also saw how cluttered I'd let my life become, and realized that I had the power to change that. The subsequent sessions all provided varying degrees of personal enlightenment, and during the weeks between sessions, and for several weeks afterwards I was on an emotional high. I had control over my life again, I was being kind to myself, and I was developing new healthy habits while getting rid of bad ones. I was happier, and kinder to people around me, and life was good. Then after 4-5 weeks the emotional high started to wear off, and I started thinking that the effects had only been temporary. I started to notice myself falling back into some of my old patterns. I was really worried that things were just going to go back to the way they were. However, I still had my journal entries, and the personal insights from my sessions, and I kept trying to apply those things. I started noticing that I was doing a little more each day. I was spending less time on the couch, or on my phone doom scrolling, and more time doing projects, and getting work done. When negative thoughts came into my mind it got easier and easier to push those out and replace them with positive ones. I started to realize that I was thinking differently than I had before. It's now been 3 and a half months, and I can proudly say that I am a completely changed person due this experience. It's not that life is all of a sudden perfect, or that I feel like I'm some crazily different person altogether. It's just that after so many years of living in darkness, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I am so grateful for that. My business is doing better, my relationship with my kids is better. My wife has noticed the changes too, and our relationship is better now than it has been anytime since we got married 14 years ago. Basically, if anyone is reading this and trying to decide if they should do it or not, I wanted to say this. I don't know your situation, but this was my experience, and I would have spent 10x as much money if I had known the impact it was gong to have on my life. It may not work the same for you, but the cost of not doing something will probably be greater in the end.
