Work more on medication education and properly inform clients on whether or not their medications could cause an adverse reaction.

I endured a difficult work experience that left me in a negative and unhealthy state for about 18 months. When I started my first session, I was filled with self-doubt, fear of failure (which led to inaction and stress), and internal voices brimming with negativity. By the end of the sixth session, I experienced a complete turnaround. I gained clarity about my existence and realized that fear is self-created and only holds the power I give it. Joy and happiness are far more powerful. I also regained my sense of creativity. My wife tells me, "you are yourself again."

I'm not sure if it's the delivery mechanism or low dose tablets, but I experienced only minor effects of the treatment. Perhaps SQ or intranasal would be more effective. I noticed I'm more calm during the day and the peaks of my anxiety have been clipped. But overall not a much as expected for the programs cost.

Customer service is good, had a billing issue corrected very quickly. The guides seem to be up-selling constantly, kind of annoying. The aprn seems to be in a race to get done with you. The medicine loses potency pretty quickly (within weeks) wish it was packaged better for storage. Overall good value, im on the 18 pack round 2, i hope it starts to help me more.

It's important to stay consistent with your plan

Payment plan seems sneaky/unfair. I thought all three months you pay almost $400, that you receive care/medication for the entire time. Buyer beware that even though you pay for 3 months, almost $400 each month, you only receive medication for 6 times. Last 6 weeks, if not more, you're just paying for absolutely nothing. Extremely overpriced compared to the tons of other companies that offer the same thing for less. Look around & check prices before signing up, guaranteed to find a better service for less.
