I have tried ketamine IV therapy and knew ketamine worked. The IV therapy was no longer convenient. This has made treatment possible from my home in a rural area. The experience is near that of IV and seems to be helping, although it's still early to tell.

There is little to no guidance, there is no counseling to speak off. Even the sessions are void of any context or coaching. All I do is take the ketomine and put on an eye mask and listen to the pre recorded music.

Our initial program includes: 2 consultations with a clinician, 3 guide coaching sessions (plus unlimited messaging), a Bloombox at-home care kit, unlimited group integration circles, an active and supportive online community, access to the Mindbloom app with a comprehensive library of content designed by experts to support treatment, and 6 ketamine treatment sessions. Some clients desire more support and others prefer less. So our program is designed with flexibility. For example, clients can choose to purchase additional guide sessions and have the opportunity to choose program content that provides more or less structured guidance. If at any point someone would prefer to work with a different clinician or guide, or would simply like to learn more about how to maximize their experience, our team is happy to share available support options and assist in tailoring their care team as necessary. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now to get my prescription filled. and when I contact somebody, all I do is get an apology. evidently the person that wrote the prescription wrote the wrong amount down, so the pharmacy wouldn’t fill it and then she’s on vacation. I find it hard to believe that there’s no one else there that can have the prescription filled. now she’s been back from vacation four days and I still don’t have an answer does this company realize they’re in the business working with people with anxiety and depression disgraceful. The level of incompetence with this company is unbelievable. that’s why you got the review that you did.
