Just how bad are this company, emailed them a couple of times in the past enquiring about new angle grinders coming out, did not know a thing even though the internet said different and we managed to buy the new tool in the end elsewhere. My husband has received one of their heated jackets for xmas, we are sure its not working right, seeing as its lukewarm and kills the battery in an hour. Emailed Milwaukee twice for advice and no reply. Husband seems to like their products but its not one i'd buy for myself or recommend to anyone else. Customer service is shocking

Elendig kundeservice. Kjøpte 12 v fettpresse, den søler noe fryktelig mellom hvert smørepunkt og det renner ut fett lenge etter den er brukt selv om lufteknappen blir trykt inn. Men milwaukee mener det ikke er noe galt med den og sender den tilbake (3 ganger). Rett og slett elendig kundeservice og produkt!

I love milwaukee tools. I've been a loyal customer for years. Decades actually. So when I saw that they were making knee pads, I jumped on them as soon as I could. Very disappointed. The dam things won't stay on at all. They're awful. And they cost almost $60.00. I got out the old pair of knee pads I got from menards and paid $30 for. They are def the pair worth $60. Not milwaukees. I expected better from you guys. Very disappointed. How can you be bested by Menards brand Masterforce. If you're going to cost twice as much, you better be twice as good.

I work with a crew that remodels homes. Ive been investing in milwaukee tools for about 5 years now and im here to tell you the m12 system sucks big time! The oscillating multi-tool vibrates the battery out every time i use it and of the 5 m12 batteries i have only one functions correctly. Ive sent in the multitool a few times already hoping theyll correct the problem but i keep getting it back with the same problem. I have a wide range of these m12 tools and the, stapler, and mini screw driver are the only ones i have not had a problem with. The mini circular saw is not nearly powerful enough to do anything with. every time i cut things such as pvc the blade stops and it takes a dozen cuts to get anything done except sheetrock. The guide on the jig saw broke after about 2 or 3 months and now every time i use it the blades snap as soon as i put pressure on the tool. As for the the batteries... Theyre too weak unless you have the xc4.0 or xc6.0. but even those, they always flash on the charger. I have to play with them to charge correctly. Sometimes they say theyre charged and theyre not, they all feel loose in any tool i have and sometimes even if theyre charged i use them for 2 minutes and they tell me theyre empty til i put them back on the charger, then all of the sudden they show theyre full. If youre thinking about buying these tools, DONT! its a huge waste if money and theyre too expensive to replace. For this kind of money i shouldnt have any problems. They cost me time and money fiddling with things that should be expected to work.

Good tool at first until you have problems , my warranty just ran out after very light use and then to repair is the almost the same as a new body ,simple trigger switch buy a new grinder, very over rated tools but good batteries

hi I bought two cordless Milwaukee gun The first one shoot the nail two twice And I have to keep pushing the nail down to shoot it another one has the same problem the first one I have to keep pushing the nail down even I clean it and put the oil problem does not get results please fix that issue also I bought circular saw which is after if you months get dead to fix it money cost more than brand new also I bought cordless sawzall When start working battery is loose and keep stop working I have to push the battery with one hand to hold it tight to work !! And the end is the battery I bought four batteries one of those when I put in the charger shows full charge keep flashing but does not work I am the long - time Milwaukee customer I honest with you guys I do not recommend it any of your cordless tools i used !!!!!

Excellent service - used the extended 3 year guarantee after my 13 month old Stilh saw stopped working. Just logged online, filled out the details printed off a label, UPS came and collected it on Monday and returned it working Thursday morning the same week.
