I recently bought a Milwaukee M12 FHS pruning chainsaw. Like all chain-saws it requires periodic sharpening with the correct size round file. Sadly instead of providing this basic maintenance info in the manual, the manual states sharpening a chainsaw is a specialist task and recommends buying a new chain if cutting performance deteriorates ! What a load of BULLSH*T. Since the manual was useless, I contacted Milwaukee Technical Department in the uk to ask what file size I should use for the chain fitted to the M12 FHS. I was utterly gobsmacked when instead of answering this simple question they referred me to a chainsaw spare parts vendor !!! Up until now I had considered Milwaukee to be a premium brand with corresponding competent technical support capability. Please note : After Milwaukee's initial response, I replied to Milwaukee sharing my disappointment. They subsequently provided the information they failed to provide in their initial response. Therefore I have increased the trustpilot score from 1 to 2 stars.

I never ever I will buy a Milwaukee tools, I spend over $400.00 for a combo ( hammer , impact drill and hacksaw) in less of two years my tools stopped to work properly, the authorized dealer shop keeps my hacksaw for over 2 months to repaired them the others tools failed I called Milwaukee and I spoke with the manager Ruby and was not professional and she didn't help at all. I explained to her that I need those tools every day fo work and she refuses to help me MY TOOLS ARE UNDER WARRANTY ( I BOUGHT IT TWO AGO)

Have 2 emails in no response

Three times I contacted Milwaukee regarding a hammer drill. One of those was a Milwaukee rep in Home Depot.All three times , they would not call me back.A RUBBERMAID rep once told me, we are so successful that we develope a don't give a crap attitude. I can only think that Milwaukee must be the same.

Very surprised to see all the bad reviews for Milwaukee. I have dealt with them three times and found them to be excelent. The products I bought are well made and work perfect. I had to deal with customer service on my 3rd purchase. They responded to my emails quickly and then solved the problem

I have never received better customer service with anything I purchased. Milwaukee was easy to put in a repair request. They paid for shipping both ways and returned it in 7 days. They have made a customer of me for life!!!!!!

Dead batteries after 3 to 4 charges and customer service doesn't response after 3 emails to them.
