I can't give them a 1.. because in the end.. the tools ultimate do the job needed as intended by the end of the day...
I give them a 2 because.. This company has gotten so big, that they let it go to their heads. They focus too much on power.. that the quality deteriates.
I tried to contact them about it, which lead to this review... I have a few ideas for quality improvement.. or attachments that could better protect the product, so Things like.. the Batteries... would break down less...
They told me they refuse outside help, thoughts, opinions, and ideas..
I'm over here like.. I will literally sign documents stating that I want nothing to do with my accepted designs or thoughts.. I just want my investments in my tools to work so that I can earn my living at the end of each day....
The fact that they are so unwilling to accept any ideas, even fully free ideas, shows me they truly truly don't care anymore. They know their bottom line won't be effected...
So I started searching for a better product...
I think I'm going to get Flex24 a shot... The build quality vs power seems to be very innovative.
-- If you are surprised I didn't mention Dewalt.. let's face it. Dewalt has the quality down.. but not the Power. As an acting Mechanic in the rust belt.. I need things that will break a 30mm++ fastener... not something that will struggle if it won't break lose. Milwaukee, as terrible as the quality is.. Has never ever left me wondering if something will come loose or not.m That fastener is coming loose or it's breaking. Nothing in between. I am happy with that.

Bad out of the box. Customer service issues.
I have multiple Milwaukee tools and have been a big fan up until I purchased a New 3/8 electric M12 Milwaukee ratchet. It was bad out of the box. After the first few minutes It started smoking from the motor and the claim is that it is brushless however, the smell was the common electric brush motor smell. I sent it in for repair and it was returned to me within three weeks with the exact same issue so I called Milwaukee customer service and they emailed me a shipping label and I sent it in again. They lost the tool. It has been two months since then I called again today just to be told that they cannot find the tool and even though they said they took notes each time I called and spoke with them. They have no recollection of any notes.

Milwaukee cordless tools - What has happened the robust reliability and durability!
I have used several Milwaukee tools in my life. Recently, two of my new Milwaukee tools have malfunctioned. The first one was the cordless transfer pump where it began to leak, it was replaced under warranty. About two weeks ago, my Milwaukee framing nailer (battery powered) would not work, would not fire a nail and made a ratcheting sound. I was in the middle of using it to build a shed, had to resort to a pneumatic nailer (20 yrs. old) The point, I would like to bring up, is two very different Milwaukee tools I have purchased brand new over the past two years have FAILED. This is poor quality in the manufacturing process before it arrives to the consumer, fortunately they are covered under warranty. But that is NOT THE POINT, the nailer is less than 1 year old with maybe 400 nails thru it!! I spent over $500 on the nailer and it should work consistently and reliably for many years. I WILL NOT be purchasing any other Milwaukee tools until the quality control improves, if that happens? What has happened the robust reliability and durability of Milwaukee tools, it's GONE!

Eviter cette marque.

Broken m12 impact driver
Broken m12 impact driver, less than 1 year old. Rang to make a warranty claim, customer service agent couldn’t have cared less, told me it’s all done online and I need an account and to register the tool or nothing can be done.
Went online to register but it’s out of the 30 day purchase period. Which the customer service agent would have know if they were capable rather than just fobbing me off.
Disappointing customer experience

Point positif:
-Il y a un vrai S.A.V
