Purchased m18 combi and impact drill set…. Sent them back two weeks later due to batteries malfunctioning. Store replaced no problems. Purchased Milwaukee impact drill set… also sent them back, all bits broke on first use with wood screws! Again store replaces no problems. Couple weeks later I purchased a first fix nail gun with red link tech… also sent back as it over heated after third nail! Oh and Milwaukee customer service never replied to any of my emails about their faulty products. Now switching to a different more reliable brand.

Bought an M12 radio w/ battery. Come time to charge couldn’t get battery out no matter what - ended up trashing. Radio itself not bad but could use some refinements i.e. finer volume adjustment. Overall feel I wasted close to $500. Wouldn’t recommend.

Me and my business partner went today in a Home Depot to purchase some Milwaukee tools they were on promotion buy one get one tool free.When we go to register to pay cashiers sad it’s not on promotion you need to buy 2 tools and then get one free( I show pictures what they put inside the store but worthless . Ok then we call customer service Milwaukee and she sad sir we can’t help you with that you need to talk with manager in Home Depot. So we lost1 hour for waiting and nobody cares for the customers. I just know if they continue like this they will lose a lot of customers and I’m thinking to switch to another product dewalt or whatever.

I wrote a review a number of months ago in which I gave Milwauke a very negative review, which at the time I feel was deserved. That being said, I need to update the final review with them. I had been given the run around for six to seven months trying to get parts for my M-18 Battery Chain saw. After almost giving up, eventually two reps came to my aid. A man named Bill Walker from the Ontario office stepped in and sourced the parts to fix my broken saw. Not only did he go the extra mile to find the parts but he offered them to me at no cost and covered the shipping costs as well. I am happy to say that my saw is up and running better than new. I also need to add that the damage to the saw was my fault and was way beyond normal wear and tear. To add to this a man named Jacob Collet, rep for Alberta Canada, also felt the need to do something to compensate me for the unpleasant experience. Although it took him a long time, he was able to get me a brand new Milwauke M-18 saw complete with battery and rapid charger. Even though I felt that this was far beyond what was necessary, Jacob felt that due to the extraordinary long time I had to wait to get parts; on behalf of Milwauke they wanted to offer me something to express their appreciation to me as a customer. This experience has completely restored my faith in Milwauke to the point that I have since gone and purchased two additional Milwauke tools to add to my collection. From my experience I will advocate them as the only go to for tools. While it is true that I did not have a good initial experience, the end of the matter is that they came through for me and I will gladly spend my money on Milwauke. END NOTE. Sorry Jacob. The correct spelling of his last name is Kloet not Collett. I hope I got it right this time

They do not honor their warranties. Very not impressed with Milwaukee.

I was about to give 1 star but was won over by the great customer support and Milwaukee’s. I had a m18 9ah battery fail and contacted support. They were quick to respond and send a box for returning by battery. I waited over a month and still no battery was sent as a replacement. I had to call up customer support and they apologized and sent me the replacement battery along with an additional battery. Milwaukee got things mixed up and made it right. (:

I bought a battery tool from Milwaukee and it only lasted a few times and then it started to fail, tried to make a claim trough the website (a lot of work) but since it was more then 1 year old i found that they could fix it if i sent it 650km and paid for the reparation. Not happy and will not buy more Milwawaukee

Same as alot of the reviewers. this company has great branding and great quality products. but the customer service when something is wrong is horrible and frustrating. they fob u off by telling you a pack of lies. they ignore you for months. and send you on a merry go round of departments and emails so they never have to deliver on their word. very dissappointed and will be telling everyone i know in the trade what milwaukee customer service is like.
