Just received my first test printing of my CCG from them, and I have mostly great things to say about my experience with TGC.
Excellent customer service, overall quality of product was great with one small complaint. The drift IS rather heavy on the test print I ordered. Now, to be fair, there are a lot of potential reasons for this, and it certainly doesn't make the card unusable. And my design is certainly one that could accentuate such errors; I have a colored card printed with a black border, which really highlights the centering offset.
The pricing was reasonable, and when I had a broken link to track the package, I emailed them about it and got a courteous, friendly, professional response within just a few hours, on a Friday afternoon, with information allowing me to track my shipment accurately. Shipping time was quick, too.
Overall, I think they are a great company, and I look forward to placing my first full order with them as soon as I am done with the design work on my first set. While the centering issues are concerning, I think I am going to reach out to support to see if there is any advice that they have for mitigating it in future prints.
Also, five stars on the color, crispness, and basically everything else about the card I received. It's stunning except for the alignment, and even that was forgivable.

Don't order there, it's a scam
I was scammed by them, they never sent the games I ordered.
Don't order there, it's a scam
Edit : and now look at this scam site trying to dox their “customers” with tracking number.
They are just trying to get X times the shipping cost without sending anything
Avoid like the plague

Hello,
Your order entered production on 9/18/2025 and was shipped to you on 9/23/2025. At that time, a shipping notification e-mail was sent to you with your tracking information (UPS Mail Innovations, tracking number 822085026704804773).
We reached out to you via e-mail on 3/19/2026 to let you know that your package had been returned to our facility, marked as unclaimed. As we explained, this generally means that the package had been held by your local postal service, pending payment of any import fees or taxes, and was not claimed during the holding period. (During checkout, we state "There may be import taxes and customs fees applied to your order by your country. Any taxes or customs fees will be due upon receipt of the package.")
We asked if you preferred to ship the package again, or dispose of the items. Per your request, we disposed of the items rather than shipping them again.

No returns
They don't do returns - even swapping one product for another when the wrong product was ordered due to misleading information on their website.
Response from The Game CrafterNov 25, 2025
There was no misleading information. You ordered a product that stated it contained poker-sized cards, and ordered bridge-sized card sleeves to go with it. These are two different card sizes, and information about the exact dimensions are available in multiple places on our site.
We state throughout the checkout process that all sales are final. You can also find this information in our Help section regarding refunds.
However, we actually made an exception for you and issued a refund to your credit card for the card sleeves that were purchased in the wrong size, as we clearly stated in the e-mail we sent two hours before you submitted this review, so I'm not sure how there can be an ongoing issue.

General Service Review
Customer service - B+
Thier customer service was clean and fast, despite only using it once, getting me the information I needed within a day of requesting.
Shipping - A+
Came 5 days earlier than the assumed delivery date which is always a huge bonus for anyone waiting for overseas delivery like me.
Card Quality - A
No centering or rendering issues, the cards were in perfect condition and shipped tightly. Only problem was a slight visual glitch but part of me thinks it wasn't TheGameCrafter's fault. Just a weird thing where if a card had the number 200 on it, it would be discolored from all the other text.
UI and Designing interface - A-
Had a really weird glitch where the "add card design" button which normally takes you to your file explorer just didn't work, and it took me a little to find where to make custom cards, but I got around it. Once all that was done, the rest was smooth sailing!
Overall Grade - A
Overall a great experience, would and will recommend and re-order.

I just wanna say
I just wanna say that everyone that is complaining about the drift and all the other things it literally says it on there website like it is written there and I'm going to order my first ever copies soon I cant wait this website has plenty of different options of things to get and very good prices a little difficult to make the boxes but that's fine I will learn at some point but overall 5/5.

off center, would not reprint
although i provided perfectly centered images, all printed images were not centered, resulting in awkward uneven borders that pretty much ruins the two decks i ordered. pricier than most printers, this was certainly not worth it, as not a single one of the 160 cards i had printed was acceptable quality. when i reached out to the customer service they gaslit me saying cards were .5mm off center and that was within their stated measurements, i measured and the design was 3mm off center. they refused to reprint or offer any refund for misprinted decks. would not recommend or use again, might as well have just burned the 75 bucks.

Hello,
As we explained in our conversation with you, your design did not follow either the template or the design recommendations that are noted on our site. We went into detail with you about the necessary bleed required and why, as well as the minimum border width if you wished to include a border in your design (which is not something we generally recommend, as borders emphasize any small amount of drift). We encouraged you to review the template, tutorial videos, and information that are available on our site so that you could better understand how this issue occurred, and to revise your design so that future printings would have the appearance you're looking for. Unfortunately, with the current design, a reprint would have the same result. As we mentioned, drift happens to some degree in any type of printing, and it's important to account for this wherever you are having your products printed so that your products will come out well in print. Your order had 1/4 to 1/2 of the 1/8" drift tolerance noted on our site, but this very slight drift was emphasized due to the design of your cards.
Since you have refused to review the information or update your design, unfortunately, there is not much else we can do from our end. A small amount of drift can and will happen, and the design you create can either minimize this or emphasize it. We wish you the best of luck with your deck.

The real deal.
I am happy with my service. I had made custom cards for wedding invitations and they are everything we wanted and more. The how to guides were easy to follow. The cards look and feel great. You would think they are a TCG card by holding them. They were upfront about the time table. We got our 200 cards in about 3 weeks. I am already planning my next order.

They can’t seem to get an order straight.
I ordered twice through this company. The first order was for six decks of Oracle cards. Each deck was supposed to have 47 individual cards. When I received the decks after a long wait each deck was missing the same three cards. On my second order, we made sure everything was correct, although we don’t know why the three cards were missing. The second order was for five decks. I received the five decks after a long wait. I opened the first deck and although it had 47 cards, there were seven or eight of the same cards in multiples of five. I opened the next deck and it was the same thing only with different cards, after opening all five decks and sorting through them, there were five complete decks. What if I had sold the decks without opening them and checking them, somebody would’ve received five of the same seven or eight cards. I am waiting to hear back from them, although I’m not very sure based on other reviews that anything will be resolved. Before I received the second order, I ordered another 25 decks, however, because the second order was messed up I canceled the third order. I now have a credit of 800+ dollars from game crafters and wonder if I will ever get that money back because I don’t think I will order anything through them again because they can’t seem to get my order straight.
Response from The Game CrafterOct 8, 2024
We've attempted to obtain information from the customer regarding exactly which cards were missing from the first order they referenced, because we would need to verify that these cards were even included in the decks for this order. It's very possible that they were omitted by the customer, since each deck was missing the same three cards. The customer still has not provided us with this information, so we are unable to resolve the issue at this time.
For the second order, the customer created one game that included all of the card decks and boxes, with no designation as to which cards were intended to go into which box. As such, the cards were packaged at random into the boxes. The customer could have used our embedded games feature to ensure that each deck copy was packaged separately, or they could have created a game that contained one deck and one box, then ordered multiple copies of that game. (We include instructions for all of this on our website, including step-by-step guides and tutorial videos, and are happy to answer questions via customer support.) However, they chose not to utilize this information or these options, and are now upset with the result.
There's only so much that we can do from our end to assist. When a designer is creating their own game, there is some level of responsibility to ensure that they are following the instructions, asking questions when necessary, and proofing their printed components before placing their order. Also, if there is an issue, it's important that they respond to any inquries from customer support that will allow the issue to be resolved.
