I've got thousands of dollars worth of Milwaukee tools and they give me the runaround over a $3 part that was damaged on one of my tools that is not covered under a warranty but yet the part is not available I thought Milwaukee was better than this but they're turning out to be just like all of the other crap that you get out of China quality is going downhill quick

I recently (2 weeks ago) bought a M18 impact gun at my local home Depot. I'm 2 weeks in and the spring on the chuck came out. I've been a Milwaukee guy for ever.fron pack out to portable radio. I've never seen this happen before. I make my living with these tools and cannot have this kind of problem on the job site. I still stand by them thru this issue.

Burned up tools just to wait for replacement to burn up again only used twice and there responses send it in for a replacement I would but I’m tired of only using something a couple times I want my tools to do as you advertise but guess it’s back to rigid since they don’t want to make it right. Supposed to be top of the line but I see it as money waisted for as much as they cost and as much time on hold or gas spent leaving my jobs unfinished to go get replacement or my older rigid tools so I can complete jobs this has costed me way to much. I don’t want a replacement that’s going to burn out I want a upgrade that’s going to do what it’s supposed to do

Angle grinder get very hot after prolonged use. Bearing in bottom end of grinder starts throwing oil as grease liquifies. Head of unit too hot hold due to lack of cooling. I have Makita and Dewalt grinders that do not have this problem when used under same conditions.

Sent in my 1/2 gun for repair via an agent we bought it from. Sent it back saying they won't look at it because I didn't send it in my self! What a shower of poo! Can't be arsed to repair it! There it was in the repair center but no! We're not going to repair it for you! Will never ever but these brand again! They find any excuse not to honour the warranty. So straight in the bin and I bought a snap on replacement next day! Can't be with out tools and this company is terrible so avoid! Only had it less than a year and broken and repair centre don't want to repair it!

My thermal imager stopped working, so I called up Milwaukee and the lady said since it's still under warranty, just use the eservice for repair. Three weeks later, I received an email saying that it was not under warranty and it would cost $XXX to repair. So I called to ask why they wouldn't honor the warranty, and the person I was speaking to said that they should because based on the serial number, it was still under warranty. Then I get an email saying that the tool was discontinued and they don't have any old inventory they can send me. They wanted to know if I would like to have them recycle the tool or pay $XXX to have the tool sent back to me. Seriously? So I submitted a review about this on their website. Needless to say, they didn't let it post, instead they have another person ask me how to make it right. They offered credit towards any of their products, but the last thing I wanted was another tool from a company that will lie to you so they can avoid honoring their warranty. Needless to say, I didn't take them up on their credit offer and will no longer support this brand with their unethical customer service practices.

I had bought a M18 surge impact driver. After 3 time's of using it to put in about 10 1 1/4" screw's each time. The speed control would not switch speeds. Never dropped or even later it down on the body of the driver. It went back in the hard case each time. Sent it in to get repaired. They sent one back that you can tell it has been used quite a bit. Someone's initials carved in to it. Now if it ever gets stolen I have to write those initials and numbers down to.. I wish they would have just fixed mine or gave me one back that you couldn't tell that was well used. Not happy. Hopefully this one holds up.

I love my Milwaukee fuel drill that I got as a gift from Christmas I started using it a week later and it has ent let me down since and it made me so much money since I’ve had it 10/10
