Milwaukee published a "buy fuel" incentive with a printed flyer that stated a free 48-22-8422 Packout. I spent the required $500+ on fuel tools and over 700 total. I got a xxl shirt (no use to me) and a cap (i don't wear caps). I called two reps and received nothing more than an apology. Misleading advertising.

i bought a chainsaw online and when i got it today 11/26/22 the box show contents 1 saw 1 hd 12.0 battery 1 charger and in the box was only a saw

I have a few DeWalt tools and a few milwaukee tools as the two companies have some tools that are better then the other. I recently purchased a 190mm 18v mitre saw and was disappointed at the build quality, the rail has a lot of play in it, the saw had to be set as the angles were off which isn't a big deal, what is annoying though is the deafening sound the electric break makes when the saw stops, I am not 100%sure if there is something wrong with it because it is so loud. Apart from those few things it is a handy saw and the fact it bevels both directions is a huge advantage over the same size DeWalt saw. The milwaukee is nearly double the price of the dewalt so apart from that feature not much is different so I was expecting higher build quality, I may bring it back yet as I am still testing it out on site.

terrible e-commerce service and ability, don't be sucked into their redemption offers, claiming the redemption is just way too hard and time consuming. good products but the NZ / AU main distributor is absolutely hopeless.

2nd time they had the tool for repair and this time they denied the warranty claim. The switch was covered the last time it was there. I was told by both people i talked too that there shouldn't be any reason it won't be under warranty. So now paying $151 to have it repaired for the second time. I will never buy a milwaukee tool again, nor should you. I'm buying Snap-on. They may cost more but it's lifetime warranty. Also people i know that have a snap-on Haven't had to have it repaired. No downtime. I'm done with milwaukee

MILWAUKEE IS JUNK! CRAFTSMAN IS EVEN 10x more durable! My BRAND new set that I’ve only used a few times, the ratchet fell apart and the extension broke in half! That’s from NORMAL USE too! My craftsman set I’ve had for years is still going STRONG and at a fraction of the price! DO NOT BUY MILWAUKEE JUST BC ITS NAME BRAND AND SUPPOSEDLY “DURABLE AND POWERFUL” they are 110% JUNK! Also, Milwaukee do NOT stand behind their lifetime warranty. They will not even reply to me and it’s been over a week. HORRIBLE company with even more HORRIBLE tools!

Purchased a 7/9 inch angle grinder October 2021. After grinding in 3 concrete porches about 5 hours of total usage), the tool's motor burned up. It's in for service now and I'm loosing money on the 3rd porch. Getting a Hercules 7/9 inch Grinder from Harbor Freight to fill the gap. Unless service get out tool back in 2-3 weeks, our company will move away from Milwaukee tools for all future buys.
