Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Fair pricing. At last.

Drivers with lower mileage vehicles deserve to be charged fairly for their auto insurance instead of being overcharged by traditional insurers. With Mile Auto, the less you drive, the less you pay.

I appreciate Mile Auto for the flexibility to save money on my car insurance. I really don't travel much, but at least, I am comfortable to use my car at any time while covered.

I am very satisfied with Mile-Auto. But their verify app has never worked properly for me and is frustrating.

Ii have been very pleased with the coverage with mileauto, even if I can't submit my paperwork online I have been refunded the overage amount thanks to my team readjusting my statement. Keep it up team!

Mile Auto is great for my older cars that don't have an OBDII port. Due to the pandemic, I am now working from home 100% of the time and I just don't drive anywhere. But I need my cars insured just in case I DO need to hop out to the store or doctor. I was paying 3-4x the price of Mile Auto for my cars to sit in the driveway. However, things could be smoother. I can't update my payment information online. When the debit card I used expired earlier this year, I didn't get a notification and my policy was cancelled without warning, retroactive to the billing date. I had to call and update my information, and was asked if I was in an accident between the billing date and the day I called, which was the day after I got emailed about it. What if I or my spouse HAD gotten into an accident? Would I have not been insured? Simply informing me and giving me a chance to update my information PRIOR to outright cancelling my insurance would have made more sense. At least my new information is valid for a few years, hopefully they'll improve this experience before then.
