I was involved in an accident with one of their customers and everything Scott Johnson said he would do for me, he did exactly that! I called on March 9th, they had someone come out the next day and by March 11th I was paid for all my damages! He was super nice, super fast, trusty worthy guy and he took great care of me! 10/10 experience for me! Mile Auto is definitely reliable and loyal!

You have to pay if you move your car, like what's the point of having it if I can't drive it in fear of paying through the roof.

Hi Carolyn - Thank you for your feedback. Yes, with pay-per-mile, you will be charged for the miles you drive, but we find that lower-mileage drivers will save money when compared to traditional insurance.

The only issue have with this insurance is the fees for taking a photo, texting. What not have a flat fee for the mileage I drive without the additional fees? Not a big fan!!! Needs a little adjustment to be the one!!
