I received a round ball mold from Midway USA in mid January 2016. It produced under sized casting. Midway will not accept returns unless they are in the original package and unused. This being the case I returned the mold to the manufacturer Lyman. Lyman sent me a replacement which also made undersized castings. A third mold was sent out and it also produced undersized castings. At this point (July 15, 2016) I requested Lyman to issue me a refund check. After two weeks and no check, I requested the help of Midway. Midway was most indifferent and unwilling to help. A business has the obligation to stand behind what they sell and make an earnest effort to satisfy their customers. I closed out my account and have taken my business elsewhere. In closing........Mr. Potterfield you have lost your way.

Yes, that was the excuse that Jessica, from the customer service department, told me. Do they have competitive prices...sure, as much as amazon. Do they have a variety of items....yes, but not in stock. So get ready to wait months. Shipping....this is my favorite part. I called and spoke to Jessica at customer service and she magically claims the label must of been damaged and my apartment number is now missing. If she really believes that, you might want to replace her with someone competent. Further, she tells me I can wait for it all to be returned, then shipped out again (cause after all, I should wait another 14 days for your error), or I can buy everything again and can get everything credited back when the original items are returned. Avoid this place like the plague. Talk to your local FFL dealers as many have stores, or outlets they can refer. Shopping here will result in you wasting money and time.

Lost my order. Sent a tracking number that wasnt recognized. Called and was harassed and given the run around. Refused to send another holster or refund my money. Eric Ellingson was rude and wouldn't make it right. Insulted me and got i to my personal life. I'll be using Cheaper than Dirt from now on. Texans get it right.

I would think that a company in the firearm business would be as careful as their customers have to be with their weapons. And IF they made a mistake I would think they would take it seriously. They did not. Midway was very cavalier about this egregious, and potentially dangerous, error. And even though the still carry and sell the correct bullets they will not honor my original purchase price and have basically told me F-OFF. I'm very disappointed in Midway and they have forever lost a customer.

Mr. Potter: 1 star for refusing to update their computers and bringing them into compliance to ahere to local ordinances concerning magizine capacity in certain zip codes in Cincimnati Ohio. If I could give Midway zero star I would. I am unliking their page and will not make any pruchases until Midway becomes compliance and updates their computers.

I ordered some center-fire pistol ammo (.38 Super) from MidwayUSA via the web. I live in Illinois, but not in the Chicago area - and I regularly order ammo from Cheaper Than Dirt and BulkAmmo. They keep copies of my Illinois FOID card and driver's license on file, and they ship ammo right out, automatically, with no problem. MidwayUSA just rejected my order with an automated pop-up message that claimed that I live in a jurisdiction that prohibits being shipped ammo. That is certainly incorrect. I didn't bother to phone them - easier to just place my order with BulkAmmo - and it arrived quickly with no questions asked.

midway likes to ship counterfeit parts to me and when I return the item midway blames me for stealing it and fights to keep my money! ridiculous. stop buying from these counterfeiting crooks!

Midway USA sent me used parts that I had paid for as new. Took me an hour to get off the dried Locktite off the front sight mount, and jack screws on an XS Sight for a Marlin 45-70. The sights were had already been mounted on a firearm before they sent me the "new" product. The plastic drift punch was missing, and the included Locktite tip had been cut open and had leaked over all the parts. I called Midway and was told " it happens." They said I could ship the parts back, but I had already waited too long with their use of UPS Surepost. Not Happy with their service.
