Lied about order had shipped , was in my state , according to tracking , now 6 hours in another state away scanned 2 times , just sitting. No one will answer customer service number. I will NEVER shop there again , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

I ordered a Kryptek vest and paid for expedited shipping through Amazon Prime. Item was delivered 4 days later. I ended up purchasing the vest locally and returned the vest as it did not show up for the trip it was bought for. When I returned the vest they withheld $17.54. I paid $9.95 for the expedited shipping alone. Shady business practices and after numerous emails t trying for resolution they simply no longer respond. Buyer beware. Worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I'll never buy from them again.

On Sunday September 17, 2017 I ordered a couple of items I would need later in the week when I have a shooting trip planned. I paid for the items with the credit card I had on file and paid $9.99 extra to expedite the shipping so the item would arrive in time. On Monday the order still showed processing and the same on Tuesday. I called customer service; it took 19 minutes to get to a human. After explaining the situation I was told that since the order was in a holding pattern and they did not know why they would need to delete this order and reorder it. They stated I would need to pay an additional $19.00 for overnight shipping to get the items in time. This is not acceptable! My order was delayed due to no fault of mine! Poor customer service!

I tried ordering a pair of Irish Setter Wingshooter boots on 9/14/2017 in the evening. There was a promo code and promotion going between IS and Midway, If you spent $150 or more you get a $50 midway gift certificate. I place the item in my cart entered the promo code and "boom" all looked correct. Continued to check out and it would not let me with the promo in my cart. Wierd, so i thought i will call and order online in the morning. Just my luck, that promo ended at midnight and the customer service would not honor it. They said that the system wouldn't let me order because it was back-ordered. (it said OK to order) Should have explanation on website or not let you oder item or honor it when we call a few hours later. If i would have known the reasons I would have considered ordering the next half size up that fits in a lot of brands anyway. I could have always exchanged them at the Redwing store or something. Bad first expierence and the customer service girl had such a no big deal, who cares attitude because she doesnt care if you ever buy from them or not. As me, I was P!ssed off and wont try them again!

On August 6, 2017, I purchased a Winchester Ammo Safe which their website showed they had "available." After paying with my AMEX credit card, I get a message that the item has to come from the manufacturer and delivery would not be until September 6. The safe has not come and when I checked my order, the delivery cate was upped to October 12. I telephoned their call center and cancelled, and was refused a refund. After considerable arguing with a non-responsive CSR and an email to Larry Potterfield, the CEO, this morning they sent me an email and refunded $245 of the $845 I paid for the safe. Larry Potterfield operates a con. He takes your money, does not deliver the goods ordered, and does not refund what was paid. Be Smart! Do Not Buy From MidwayUSA.

I ordered four items and paid for 2-day shipping. Two items arrived on time, the other two much later for which I refused delivery. Midway refunded the 2-day shipping charge, but has refused to refund the cost of returned merchandise, for which they have acknowledged receipt. This is a ripoff company which should be avoided.

I had purchased a $17 Instructors belt, I gave it 2 stars because the buckle fell apart within 2 weeks. Midway saw this and chose to replace the belt on their own! I am very satisfied with the way Midway has stepped up, on their own, and took care of me! I will continue to buy from them!

They impose a $10 surcharge on USPS shipping to Alaska. All the items in my order fit easily into a flat rate box. USPS flat rate is the same cost to Alaska as to California. They will not listen to reason.
