However, a few days ago I received an e-mail confirming that my IDs were good. They are both valid and not expired. Can someone please help me with this? Great company with excellent customer service. Their shipping speed has stayed fast despite the current issues which have thrown their competitors off.

They have excellent customer service when it comes to solving a problem and satisfying the customer - that's when it really counts. I realized a couple of days after I placed a holster order that I ordered the wrong type. I emailed customer service and they responded the next business day. The rep said she would put in a stop for the order and then my charges would be credited to my credit card. 10 days later, I checked my Midway account to see they returned my holster and credited my credit card as she promised! And I wasn't charged any return fee. I went ahead and placed the correct order today. I've order a holster and mags from them in the past and quality and timeliness were impeccable.

I've made 3 orders since the beginning of April. I received the first 2 withing 10 days. The 3rd is still on the way but is being delayed at my local ups hub (I had another unrelated package process through at the same time, no issue). Judging by the packing job of the second package, the delay is probably due to a hazard caused by poor packaging. You know, like loose rimfire ammunition and loose powder from mangled rounds.. so my final verdict is.. Nope. Screw Midway, don't give them business. Let them fizzle out. Everything shipped ahead of schedule, but the packaging is TERRIBLE. That's just not acceptable, ESPECIALLY with ammunition. Shame I didnt see all these reviews first.

Horrible business! Using covid-19 as an excuse for extremely long shipping times, when it's actually their norm to take forever to ship (look at all their reviews).Took my order 4 days to even process then was told it will ship in 10 days. That's absolutely ridiculous. I canceled my order which took several more days and about a week for them to refund my money. I will never order from there again. Still got my money back before it would have shipped though

Very long shipping times, even with in stock items. Don't bother contacting customer service!

Awful. Found a product I was very excited about. It was a gift for family. The website said the item was in stock, they told me it was shipped. 10 days later I got an email that the distributor has actually discontinued the item! What's the point of having a website if you're not going to update it?

I live in Alaska, I hunt, fish, camp, & all the things one would imagine doing in a state like this. A friend recommend Midway to me because they sell many things of interest to me. I recently made a purchase of an assortment of cartridge storage boxes for my reloading. The shipping was fair. In Alaska one gets used to excessive shipping rates. Anyway, the order was made on 04/03, today is 04/20, & my latest update states it may arrive by 04/27 ! That's completely unacceptable ! I've ordered gear from the U.K. with free shipping that made it to me in 5 days. For $20 shipping & a month to show up, I'd have been better off making the hour + drive to the nearest sporting goods store. No more Midway for me.
