I have purchases from MidwayUSA on many occasions and have always had very good service and prices.

The reviews around the time I purchased my product 12/16/20 were extremely negative. As they all focused around shipping issues (timeliness of order processing and handoff on free shipping option), I paid for expedited shipping. The failure seemed to focus on the handoff between UPS and USPS (USPS probably too focused on rigging the election!). Ultimately, I purchased my product for ~$1000 below MSRP, paid a little extra for next day shipping, and received it... the next day. Realistically, any shipping option other than the free shipping probably would have worked just fine.

One star because I couldn't give it ZERO. The bait and switch shipping method is RIDICULOUS. UPS innovations handed my item to my local post office 6 days ago and I still have yet to receive my item. This will be the very LAST time I ever order from MidwayUSA

Horrible shipping and Customer Service. I am located 1 1/2 Hr away from their warehouse yet my orders typically take 4-5 days to arrive. Every time they have excuses and blame the shipper, piece of advise if the shipper is always the issue use a different shipper. My current order is going to be at least 6 days for delivery so after I was 3 days in I ordered the same part from Brownells and received it in 2 days.

I recently placed my first order with midway USA. I was a little concerned after seeing so many negative reviews about them on websites like this one but took a chance on them because the walther magazines I needed aren’t very common and the few places online that actually had them wanted $25-$30 per magazine plus tax and shipping. Midway had them on sale for $10.81 each for the exact same magazine(actually made by walther). After tax and shipping I ended up getting two for around $30. They shipped the day after I ordered them and I actually received them four days after I placed the order. No issues at all and I will certainly order from them again in the future when they’re offering the best deal on items I want.

Terrible shipping methodology, almost fraudulent in the current era of free two day shipping from the majority of reputable online retailers. Over 10 days out from my original order for a pair of in stock pants. My first purchase with this company, and I certainly will not be naive enough to be a repeat customer.

Ups and usps lost my order from midway, didn’t receive it on date I should’ve..so I called midway and they immediately sent out a new order (same stuff I ordered the first time) and it was in my mailbox in less than 3 days with upgraded shipping. Midway is an exceptional company and has done nothing but impress me with their ability to restock inventory, fulfill orders and even make right of wrongs that weren’t in anyway their fault. Trust that midway will have your back, even through the worst.

Merchandise came damaged and they refused to send a pre-printed the shipping label. Customer service takes on a new meaning with this company, STAY AWAY!
