I recently purchased a Mackenzie mountain parka it’s warm I enjoy all the pockets and it fits well. BUT.. it’s the noisiest material I ever had hunting. You can’t rub up against anything without it making noise. The zippers are horrible. And hard to operate. I missed a nice cow doe because of the noise. Would not recommend to the serious hunter.

Absolute garbage company. Do yourself a favor got to academy sports, karls, tackle warehouse, dick's sporting goods, or any other place other than this terrible company. Awful customer service and shipping practices.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pole for my son for Christmas. Said it would be here 12-16-20. Kept attempting to track it and it wouldn't even register . Finally on 1-4-21 a fishing pole is delivered that is completely folded in half in a crap tube. I've seen sturdier out of a beat and bake biscuit can. I am told to refuse it by the mail lady and it will go back to the company. I attempt to call, chat, and email the company the entire day with no luck. They had shut their system down due to too much call volume. On 1-5-21 I finally get someone who tells me sorry but I shouldn't have refused it as they have no way of tracking it. So I'm out over 100$ and no pole for my boy. I had spent a large amount of money at middway this season and WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Unfortunately I was forced to give them one star. I ordered a product. The claim its been at the USPS facility pending acceptance for 2 weeks. Ive tried to contact customer support and only get an auto-respnse. The phone number for customer support says its a cell phone number. No support, can't get my product or a refund! Never again!!!!

I've been a long time customer of MidwayUSA and I'm seeing the customer service and shipping department slipping in a bad way. I specifically paid for UPS shipping because I simply don't trust the USPS. They gladly took my money and then shipped UPS Mail innovations, which hands it off to the USPS. Now my package isn't here and there's no updates. Gave up trying to contact customer service at midway. All I get is the typical "Things are slow because of COVID" response.

Bottom line is the return policy which is available online to the customer makes no mention of return shipping charges being the responsibility of the customer. Bigger concern here though is the lack of senior management response as the multiple emails sent to the "president customer concerns" email box were answered every time by an associate on behalf of the president. Bottom line is this policy is not transparent to the customer and the senior level leadership refuse to acknowledge this fact.

When reading reviews am conscious bad ones and good ones always exist, but how do you really gauge them and are they a general reflection of company? However ordered even though recent bad comments as prices were good. Well couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. They shipped the items the same day of the order and arrived ahead of time.

You do not deserve even a single star. On December 23 my CC was hit for $301 that I did not place. I contacted your company twice on that day and was hung up on. The first contact I explained the fraudulent charges to be addressed and was hung up on. The second call a few minutes later resulted in a hang up upon identifying myself. I can only assume the fraudulent charge originated within your company. Once this fee is posted I will be disputing the fee and notifying the states attorney general.
