Was kept waiting there for three hours for them to do a 20 minute repair, even though I had an appointment. Been a regular customer up to now, won't be going back there again.

Damaged vehicle while putting on lift for oil change and getting breaks checked. Then manager was rude. Witnessed by the mechanic next to the individual who did the damage. Called the corporate number and even had GM on record admitting the damage but saying it isn't that damaged. Told me to just go elsewhere. Then we find out that she leaked the oil all down the engine and didn't tighten the filter after she unscrewed it. Possibly more damage now. Had to get a rental as now car is in shop. Don't go here. I would list the 3 names of the individuals, but I think it is better to just avoid the business completely. Go elsewhere. Horrible customer service and obviously they don't know what they are doing and don't care about other people's property. And the saga continues. Still no results from Midas in general. Obviously even the corporate offices of midas don't care about customers either. No call backs either.

Other oils and specialty filters extra. Disposal fees extra, where permitted; shop fee, where permitted, not to exceed $35.00. Prices and fees may vary in HI/AK. ) charging $ 40.xx

I hate to even give them one star they deserve nothing but to be put out of business I went to them believing they were who they say that they are I had some unnecessary work that could have waited to be done I went in with top and lower ball joint trouble what did they do what they waned to only changed the top ball joints and didn't change the lower one that had,all the noise coming from it I ended up with a 2600 dollar bill for stuff that could have gotten fixed at another time they got my money and still sent me home with a bad car with ball joint problems this is a serious issue and being that they didnt inspect it right they want me to give them another 600.00to do the lower ball joints so as for corporate they told me when I called them about 1.00pm this past Wednesday they was supposed to call me back in 24 hours well it is Friday and I am still waiting I will warn all of my family and friends of Midas and their bad managers that is friends with the workers so you better believe nothing will get done right and I am in Toledo Ohio

Used one of their garages in Ghent, the car was seating in there for two weeks without anyone performing a diagnostic. I live in belgium and I do not speak flemmish which I believe is the reason behind their rudeness and overall unfriendly/incompetent behavior. At any cost avoid this company, youll be better off with a non franchised garage....

The Midas (5770 West Alameda, Lakewood, CO) I go to is AMAZING! They completed an oil change very quickly and also checked on the directional blinkers which weren't working. They could have said it was an electrical problem (which would have cost a lot) but it was an easy fix and they didn't charge me. I highly recommend this particular Midas. The Manager (Marcus) is very pleasant but above all very knowledgeable.

I had booked an appointment to get my oil change done at 10:00am and to my surprise, it took 2 hours to get it done. Not only that, but the discount that I was compensated with was a mere $15 dollars - absolutely unacceptable with the service that I received. Avoid going to Midas on Yonge Street in Barrie. Also, I had a coupon that I was supposed to use to save on the oil change but got charged extra, extra, extra.......

I went to Midas in July and told them what my car was doing (I picked Midas because they advertise to check all fluids) I was told I needed a tune up because my car was cutting out and stalling. 400$ later I was still having the same problem took it back and was told I needed a coil 300$. 700$ later I was still having the same problem so I took it to Hobbs garage in MT Juliet TN they found the problem the car had no oil in it so they did an oil change and it's been great every since. Had Midas checked my oil like they advertise I would have maybe spent 60$ instead of 700$. It's now October 3 months later I have called customer service probably 17 times since then and they refuse to call me back. So if you are in the Nashville TN area (hermitage)don't go to this Midas or any other avoid being ripped off and the headache to go with it. Area manager is a coward. Thanks Hobbs Garage😳
