Waste waiting time with appointment. Long time waiting for parts delivery. Parts prices in 2-3 times higher than on market. Idea from front desk representative increase services than actually required.

My experience at Midas #312 was an amazing shift in service and attitude versus their competition. The folks there were attentive and polite asked me good questions. They listened to my needs and changed my oil the way I wanted it. Thanks to you folks. Michael Malloy 2:00 appt.

Well I went to Midas on nellis and the man that was working in office name is Tory he was very pleasant and treated all customers extremely well....I been going to Midas on rancho but since Tory did exceptionally well I will be always going to Midas on Nellis...thank you Tory u made my day

I went to Midas for the first time for an oil change and was surprised to find that they were charging me extra for a special oil filter. I have had oil changes done on this vehicle previously and have NEVER been charged extra for a "special" oil filter. It was the most expensive one ever. When I told them that they said "well maybe the other places just built it in the price". Not the case and I indicated that I would not be back for future work.

My paper work indicates that Midas checked my tires air pressures, but the indication on the dash indicates otherwise. Supposed to be 32 PSI. I checked and the LF was 23#, LR 25#, RF 22# (with valve cap missing), RR 20#. Done at Midas Store #206

Je gaat voor een kleine onderhoud beurt, je auto wordt zowaar helemaal afgekeurd op andere punten. Men zou een offerte maken voor datgene wat volgens hen moet hersteld worden. Reeds meerdere malen naar de offerte gevraagd, nog steeds niet ontvangen.
