I had an amazing experience with the Midas store in Indio on Madison . They were friendly efficient and really knew what they were doing . And the wait wasn’t bad at all . !!!

I went to the Midas at 2013 Pat Booker and the young manager, Eric, was so polite, informative and honest throughout my service!!!

Mike the new guy was extremely nice to us. Went out off his way to check on my car. They were very busy but he took the time to be patient worthy everyone. Giving each his undivided arrention. He was very nice n respectful. I will come again.

Tommy at Mida in Sterling, IL was very helpfull. My husband and I stopped in to see if he could help by changing a rear driver side turn signal. Not only did he change the bulb and it was at no charge just write a review! My husband does not work on cars anymore because he has many medical problems! We have had many services at this Midas!!! I have been a customer at Midas for several years. My husband usually handles the cars but I have recently been in charge of the car services. These guys are so unbelievably good to me. I have had all of our cars taken care of by them. First, Sham and Marco are such amazing humans. They are kind, warm and caring. I had some medical issues and they took time to check on me, chat with me and made it easy on me schedule wise to service my vehicles. They even offered to bring my car to me after my surgery. I consider them friends now and trust them implicitly. If I could give them ten stars it still wouldn’t be enough.

Midas Hermanus staff member Nathaniel always delivers a great service and I give him a 10/10, whether you visit the shop or simply via telecon. Today I was very shocked when I called the store, the operator started talking, I listened to the options as I wished to speak to Nathaniel, merely to hear, "press 6 to speak to Bek". All the other staff members are called upon there name via the options. I would suggest that the recording be redone.
