This is the worst place I’ve ever had car service. James, a so-called manager, is ridiculously rude and lied/contradicted himself numerous times. He got very angry when I called him out on it. He overcharged because he thought I wouldn’t know better. Another shop charged me $300 and Midas/James charged $600. TRUTH! He said my friend who was on speaker phone trying to help me, was eavesdropping. I kid you not. He called me “trouble” when I tried to stand up for myself. My whole experience at Midas was horrible. I reported him to Midas Corporate but nothing has become of it so far because they’re a franchise. It’s sad Midas can get away with this and stay in business. James needs to be gone or he will eventually ruin the 2 VB locations.

I have all my maintenance done at Midas located at Kennedy and Ellesmere. the owner Mr Allan is very polite and gives advice on the subject at hand in his shop.I have brought in customers to him because of customer service.

Midas on Ontario Street in St.Cath were exceptional on Aug 15/22 .Very relaxed atmosphere.Frank Perry and crew went above and beyond. Thankyou to the very nice reception front desk.I did not get your name,sorry.But you have amazing customer service. DonnaMarie Kelly

Run run Run these people do not do what you ask and try to run people bill up with unnecessary charges they are a Scam business Run Run Run greedy money hungry jerks... that create Fake charges ...Run Run Run scam company.they will try to make it seem like you need everything.,they pry on women not knowing about there car.. you'll end of paying 1289 or more for simple things...Run Run Run Scam Scam Scam

This is the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with. NEVER take your vehicle to any Midas. We were overcharged for repairs and ended up with a vehicle that was no longer drivable. We were out the repair fees and the vehicle and Midas never even attempted to rectify this situation. Attempted to get a hold of Corporate and were ignored here also. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS!

Topeka ka. Midas...I was having my car service and I had the best service. They was polite and they explain everything very well and honest. They let me know exactly whats going on so like to thank the guys at topeka midas for very good service especially Adam....Larry F

i was quoted over $400 to change an O2 sensor, got the part from amazon for 43$ and took me 8 minutes to change. will never take my vehicle there again

They lie about what your getting, they run your bill up super high. The credit card service they offer doesn’t even work! Horrible!
