Midas on 76th and Layton is awesome! I got my flex exhaust pipe welded, for $200. Than two new mufflers installed for $200. I was permitted to bring my own mufflers I saved $400. On parts that way. They are a great way to save and keep car maintenance done.

I was charged an additional $40 labor charge to an oil change coupon that stated 59.98 for an oil change. Also was charged 39.99 for a brake estimate..i already knew my brakes were bad. So a regular oil change cost me $133.39. None of these added expenses were quoted before service. Only revealed at time of payment. Most auto services give senior discounts. Not Midas. They appear to make egregious over charges for seniors. Wrote to Midas Customer Service. Never heard back.

This place is horrible ! The store manager Steven Solis was very unprofessional this man called to confirm my 4pm appointment to have me come and say he has 12 cars he don’t have time to do my oil change, he was standing outside talking. He tried to tell me Idt have an appointment and he never called to confirm the appointment. I had to show him the number and the address they sent me . He then apologized saying bring the car key like noo you not gone mess my car up cause you have bad customer service and a filthy attitude. 8816 north black canyon Phoenix Az 85301 . I’m pissed I rushed from work to be told you don’t have time ? Then why you confirmed me coming at 4pm ? Went to 7020 North 43rd Ave Glendale Az,85301when I tell you 5 star customer service! Very professional from the store manager Josue Arroyo to the young man who stayed overtime to make sure we were good to go to San Diego I truly appreciate them !

Giving 1 star because can't give 0, came in this establishment for an oil change, Oscar the manager is very personable, however, I explained a secondary problem in which I was charged for the oil change and the diagnostic for secondary concern. The technician oiled my key and ignition switch and told me it works its fixed, I explained not the case problem still exists, so Oscar says bring it back next day, he will have expert look at it. Roll in at 815 am the next morning, keeping in mind I bought the car brand new have driven it for 7 years without a problem, by 825 he is calling me it's user error there is nothing wrong with your car, I explain again the problem and he then explains the spring in the ignition is wearing but it's fine you are not turning it off correctly. I explained that on Google I'm told the problem is the parking switch, again Oscar says no that's not the problem it's the spring and it's going to cost a couple thousand to fix. So I picked my car up, pockets $192 lighter and problem persistent, Today my coworker took gear shift apart bent a piece of metal back correctly and the car is again working as intended. 0 out of 10 do not recommend for anything other than an oil change! Don't fall for their traps!!! This business offered me a coupon for oil change (synthetic blend) and refused to honor it on the grounds that supposedly my 2010 Malibu only takes full synthetic oil. I'm the only owner of this car and not once have i used synthetic oil. They mentioned that it's what the recommended manufacturer suggests, and yet my owners manual doesn't recommend or makes any mention of synthetic oil only. Any sensible person will tell you oil is oil!!

This site is my stop shop...I called and explained my car trbl...they asked me to bring my car in the eve prior and had it fixed by next noon...quick and very good with reasonable price... no jargon...they explained my troubleshooting was close...but even better...a cleaning of the EGR instead of replacing saved me lots of money...thanks to Midas and great service...i will pick Midas repairs over the Honda - replace everything diagnostic scam...

Went to the Southington Midas for tires. Waited 2 hours and no tires. Made an appointment by calling the store and Mark (Rude) comes out and says” If you read the fine print it states 6 hour window. First of all i made an appointment with a human not on line and secondly why make an appointment if i have to wait 6 hours. Will never go there again as long as that manager is there. Doesn’t have any managerial skills. Don’t make people wait 6 hours for tires when they made an appointment. Poor customer service with regard to the so called manager.
