Horrible! These auto technicians don't know what they are doing. There was an oil leak coming from the rear left of my vehicle, and an oespectrum shocks have to be replaced. Once they got the shocks replaced, the owner of the autoshop said there was a banging noise coming from the rear right of the car, and he said the upper ball joint might have to be replaced. The owner said he would check with the acura dealership to get the parts for the ball joint. But I have never heard any noise coming from my vehicle prior to replacing the oespectrum shocks, so I brought my car to Fountain tire to see if it was the ball joint that caused the noise. Eventually we noticed that these inexperienced Midas auto technicians tightened the shocks too much, that's why my car was banging so much when I was driving it. IT WAS NOT THE BALL JOINT! How can the owner lie?????? The technicians from Fountain tire had to torch the shocks the get them detached from my car. I will never go to Midas again, that was a disastrous experience! Avoid going there for repair at all cost!

Took my car in for a winding noise in the engine they diagnosed it that my clutch was going out $1400 here it is my transmission completely wrong diagnosis and now I don’t know what to do called several times took the car back over this past Saturday to be blew off by the manager on duty they didn’t even let the mechanic listen to it and said it was the clutch settling in I hope they do good on this

Geld wordt na vele telefoontjes toch teruggestort onder voorwaarde van restaurant dat er geen slechte review wordt geplaatst..schiet mij maar lek na bedreigingen .

Midas on Hull Street has gone downhill and cost me money on repairs I had to make that they caused. They stripped the oil drain outlet which cost me repairs to fix it. Their rules for requiring an estimate before they fix a problem you already know needs repaired is insane. Just another way to get money out of you. We quit using them after the repairs we needed were not done adequately and needed finished at another repair shop. "SERVICE ADVISOR" at the front desk is terrible. Reporting them to BBB. Avoid at all costs
