I love this product! I accidentally broke the tip off my first sonicsmooth. I sent an email with pictures and they responded right away. They had a new tool sent the same day! Their customer service is exceptional.

I am very impressed with the customer service I received. I ordered a Soniclear in November and it was not holding a charge. After sending it back and being told it checked out ok-they sent it back, but it still had the same issue. I reached out to customer service again and they promptly sent me a new one. I also have the Sonicsmooth and it works great. I love it! I am very happy with Michael Todd products and will continue to buy. Keep up the good work!

I’m not sure where to begin: my ineptitude or realizing it CAN be beneficial to tell a company you aren’t happy with their product. I did exactly that - I emailed Michael Todd to express my disappointment in the Sonicsmooth and the response I got was BOTH timely AND effective!!! Telling me what I could be doing incorrectly (which I was) helped me put the correct blade on and use it seamlessly! I am SOOOO HAPPY with it!! It works perfectly, easily and quickly!!

Ordered my sonic thingy Never arrived Company did answer my queries promptly but sent a image of a very plain NO DETAIL picture of the tracking Saying arrived in Australia and after that they can no longer track it Ummm I spent nearly $200 Australian Would not recommend this site or company

There are many different skincare devices and products out there, so it takes A LOT to have a company stand out nowadays- but I have had a FANTASTIC experience purchasing the MT Sonicsmooth (Dermaplane) device. I’ve tried a few before and can definitely say this one comes the closest to a salon-smooth feel for me. My makeup applies so much better, and the device is rechargeable so I don’t have to worry about changing batteries. It is SO well worth the investment- a fantastic product from a fantastic company!

I ordered a sonicare machine and after fully charging it did not work. The customer service at Michael Todd was excellent and they promptly sent me a replacement. I am so happy with all of their products and the live presentations which are very informative.

I can truly recommend this device to anyone I know or don’t know! It has saved me from deplaning my face monthly to just myself doing it weekly! Gets my face feeling softer than anything you could imagine and is so gentle on your skin!!
