I was so happy when I received my Sonicsmooth Pro, the results I received was amazing! My skin has never felt and looked better. Now when the sun light hits my face from the side there is no trace of any peach fuzz. Using the product has made me more confident and happier overall, I know I look my best. Thank you for making a product that is not only easy to use, does what it says ten fold but backs it up with exceptionally quick and extremely pleasant customer service. I am amazed with Michael Todd Beauty. I had a problem with the Sonicsmooth Pro, and I email them. I was really thinking I would never hear from them, but I did. Ms. Sasha emailed me, asking me several different questions. The next thing she told me to do was to send the unit back so their QA department could take a look. Well, I was thinking I would get my Sonicsmooth Pro back, but I didn't, I GOT A BRAND NEW ONE. I am a loyal customer to Michael Todd Beauty forever. They could have ignored me or sent my unit back to me, telling me there isn't anything wrong with it. But they didn't, they sent me a NEW SONICSMOOTH PRO. I am a life time customer. I accidently ordered a wrong replacement head and as soon as I contacted them they immediately put the correct replacement in the mail to to me. Awesome customer service!!!

Great customer service! Thanks Sasha for helping me out so quickly. I recently purchased the hair identifier spray. I received a dud…it wouldn’t dispense product. I contacted customer service. Sasha responded and sent a replacement right away. Thanks for the great customer service.

My SonicSmooth Pro stopped working, and even though I purchased it months earlier, the customer service department was so kind and helpful in sending me a replacement. I'm so happy to have it back in my life.

Amazing customer service! The device that I had owned for a while was no longer charging. Thank goodness I registered it when I purchased it, so it was covered by their policy. I returned it to them, they inspected it and agreed that it was not working correctly. They promptly had a new device in the mail to me.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE My Soniclear Elite arrived dead and will not take a charge. The company's email servers are configured such that they are not receiving my emails. The online support form reaches someone who only sends a canned response requesting more information. It is not possible for me to reply to these emails because of their email server problem. The phone number rings and rings and rings with no answer, no recording, nothing. I just want my money back for a non-working product and they will not respond or help.

The product I received isn't what I thought I had ordered. I was contacted immediately and the problem was solved. They have excellent customer service.
