I also had delivery problems with the carrier On Trac that Michael Todd Beauty uses. They delivered the package to to a gate that has no address on it. This gate is a mile and a half from my actual address which is clearly marked and then they marked it as delivered. Therefore, Customer Service will do nothing for me unless I file a police report or deal with On Trac myself. Customer service was not helpful AT ALL. It is the antithesis of Customer Service. You cannot reach anybody by phone. It is all by email. If you are going to order any of their products better do it on Amazon, whi at least cares if something is not delivered and does not make you get a police report in order to get it replaced. By the way I got the Super Sonic Derma Planer and it is a B- at best.

I ended up not liking the product I purchased even after trouble shooting with them but they have excellent customer service and helped me with a return even after I missed the return window due to a postal issue. I will absolutely try different products of theirs in the future due to the great customer service and return policy.

Michael Todd has excellent customer service. They replied promptly to my request and sent me a new cord for my unit. I am very happy! They went above and beyond!

This sonic pro has not worked to remove any facial hair. i am very disappointed in the product. i am also angry that my emails/text have not been answered. i have wanted to return the product.

I DO NOT recommend buying from Michael Todd! I had issues and had emailed and called several times and could not get anyone return my calls! Lesson learned they will wait until it's past 30 day refund policy to finally respond back by email! I had a medical issue that cost me a lot of $ from using their product! If you want to try something from this company, I recommend to go through Amazon where they back up returning products! I plan to post warning against this company and warn everyone that I can!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I had a problem with my order, but it was solved easily and successfully. I’m very pleased with their high quality Customer Service department.

This company is very professional and always there to help with any questions you might have. I have only used the appliance once and I know I will be using once a week. I will update again after a few more uses.
