Great customer service. I placed an order recently but forgot to apply a discount code. When I contacted CS about it, they responded that they’d adjust my payments and apply the discount code. This made my day. It may be small but gestures like this is what turns a new customer into a repeat customer.

I am a Michael Todd customer for many years now.When my 3rd Soniclear Petite stopped working after a few years of use,I ordered a new one.When the new one came,it did not charge.I emailed the customer service and Shena tool care of my problem.After a few days of communication,I received my replacement product.I will continue to be a Michael Todd customer,a 5 star company

I was sent the sonic smooth dermaplaning tool, and my skin has never felt so smooth. The tool is super easy to use for anyone who is a bit hesitant, you can adjust to the lowest setting.
