I am on my second Michael Todd dermaplaning device. I am consistent with using it and repurchase a new set of blades each time I run out. I enjoy the tool and appreciate its skin smoothing benefits. Yesterday, my device stopped working and won’t accept a charge. I reached out to customer service and the agent I spoke with over the phone was kind and helpful. I look forward to using my new MT device and will continue to purchase the proper blades for it. Thank you again!

My Soniclear stopped working after about 6 months. They offered to replace it with the latest version for free. Very happy with the customer service.

Love the product but with all those replacement blades, there is no replacement cap to keep the blade/device clean and free from dust. If you lose the original clear one, you have to buy a new device or just leave it uncovered (risk of dust, infection ). If it had one cap for each blade tray, or even a way to get a replacement, I’d give it 5 stars.

My Sonicsmooth Pro+ is easy to use, and I have been pleased with the results. I had gotten used to an increasing amount of blond peach fuzz on my face and decided to try the Sonicsmoooth Pro+ after reading good reviews online. My experience has been positive, and I am glad to see smooth youthful looking skin on my face again. My makeup looks better now, too.
