Didn't work as the website described. Way overpriced for what you get. The spray also doesn't work.

The charging base worked well for about 8 months. Then it quit charging. I reached out to customer service. They responded within 24 hours. I think the process for getting a replacement is a little suspect. The directions in the initial customer service response said I need to leave a review for the customer service experience, not the product. After that, I need to respond to the customer service email with a screenshot of the review. When I went to the review screen, it asked for a review on the product, not the customer service experience. I like the product bundle, but the charger quit working within 8 months. Why is it not just a simple wall charger anyway? I would have given a higher review for the Customer service experience, as Im guessing many did without noticing the "bait and switch" on the review subject. These were 2 different things. People happy with Customer Service leave a higher rating than they would for the charging base that quit working. Ive seen the 2.5 star review for the charging base. I can see why they have this "if/then" return requirement. I find it deceitful. We will see if I receive the replacement charger.

The product doesn't really work for peach fuzz. I had to go over my face again with a standard dermaplaning tool. Additionally, the money back guarantee is misleading. Michael Todd Beauty charges a $15 return processing that is not disclosed on the purchase page.

It won't hold charge if it sits for a month after charging. It takes hours to charge while I've gotten my jawline done. I would not suggest this product.

Several years back I caught a Mother’s Day special ( should have known) 2022? Around there it was a 2 for one or similar I bought like 4 different tools, at first very nice I especially liked the foot exfoliation one. I also had a face shaver; my daughter said hers didn’t work , she didn’t open for a while with a move. Mine charging was a chore, after 5-6 times just stopped period. Don’t know if charger cords or weak motors , very disappointing!

Personally, upon opening the box, the charging base and handle appeared cheaply built. Having to take over 12 hours to finally charge up was annoying and kept me skeptical. Then, once it was finally charged the second day of having it, I did not get the experience nor satisfaction from using the product. I actually ended up using a razor to get my peach fuzz off. This was very disappointing and made the product come across as being cheaply built, but with a hefty price. I was excited to try out and use the product, but I will continue to stick with the conventional method, the razor.

I really wanted to like this product but it just did not give the results I was looking for. Perhaps because I already do exfoliation and microplanning and this just wasn't enough to show a difference? If you haven't done any of this yourself at home or at all I think this product would be amazing. The tool itself is easy to use, well designed and sleek. Directions were helpful and clear. It just didn't give my skin the boost I was looking for. Exceptional customer service however. This company knows how to treat customers right. Well done for customer experience! Sorry it didn't work out for me.
