This product doesn't do what it advertises. Doesn't catch all hairs, causes a stubbly appearance, causes ingrowns. Unless you put it on the highest setting, it does absolutely nothing. And even on the highest setting, it's real hit and miss. Would not buy again.

We’re so sorry to hear this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. This definitely isn’t the result we want for our customers, and we’d love the chance to help turn this around for you. A few things can affect performance — including making sure the Microsmooth Tip is pushed in all the way until it clicks, using light tension on the skin, and choosing the right speed setting for your skin and hair type. Ingrowns and a stubbly look usually happen when the skin isn’t properly prepped or when the blade isn’t gliding correctly, so we can absolutely help troubleshoot that with you. We’d be more than happy to walk you through everything step-by-step with our licensed esthetician on a quick Zoom call to ensure you get the smooth, glowing results Sonicsmooth is designed for.

I've been very impressed with Michael Todd Beauty. At first, I didn't understand the features of my Soniclear Elite since I was a previous Clarisonic user. The agents who assisted me via email walked me through the features and got me up and running with my Soniclear, which I absolutely love! I have really noticed a change in my skin. So they have great products, and equally great customer service - glad I took a chance on Michael Todd Beauty!

I love how it makes my skin feel!! I bought two and one doesn’t charge but they are sending a new one. I was a little disappointed when I realized it doesn’t rotate but have since decided I like the vibrations. Great product and customer service.

I purchased my unit a year ago and love the results I get when I use it once a month. My face is so smooth and soft and my makeup goes on flawlessly. I recently tried to charge my unit and it was unresponsive. I got online and emailed the company and they are shipping me a new unit today. I bought both of my daughters a Sonicsmooth Pro as well. Neither of them have had an issue with charging theirs. Who knows why mine didn't work. All I know is that this company stands behind their product. It was a positive experience all the way around.
