I love the way the sonic smooth pro plus makes my skin feel. Customer service is great. When I had a problem they took care of it and sent me a new one right away.

I received my sonicsmooth Pro+ and was having difficulty getting the device to charge in the charger. I contacted customer service and Marie responded promptly and offered to replace the device for me. Can’t wait to get the new one to start using it!

I contacted Michael Todd Beauty customer service about an issue I was having with a sonicare brush I bought a few months back. I got a response from customer service within a few hours with a resolution to my issue. These days, good customer service seems to be hard to find (especially dealing with a real person-not AI). I was so pleased to receive a quick resolution to my issue. I highly recommend Michael Todd Beauty!!

Unfortunately after a few months, my facial brush just stopped holding a charge. I contacted the company and they are promptly sending me a new one. I am so happy about this because I’ve received so many compliments on how great my skin looks since discovering Michael Todd Beauty. Great skin care is very important to me. I sent this email I’ve tried signing up for the 15% welcome discount using three different browsers and two different email addresses, but I haven’t received the code. I would like to place an order for the Sonicsmooth Pro+ today, but I need the 15% new customer discount that was advertised. Please can you send me a manual 15% off code or apply the discount to my cart? Then I get a missed phone call from USA saying their from support@ micheal todd beauty and wanting me to call them back to discuss the purchasing of this item .....im from the UK im not calling USA from my mobile (i dont have a landline) and why discuss it ??....I would like to buy this item! please if you are a genuine company please send the 15% welcome discount (for new customer) I emailed twice since with no reply whatsoever....but I keep getting email after email of offers for other products of theirs which im not interested in ( at least not at the moment) So you know who I am, check the lastest email sent from me dated 16th November at 6.30pm

Very impressive customer service. I have been loving my Sonicsmooth Pro+ and have actually purchased several for family and friends. Unfortunately I had a problem with the handle on mine so contacted Michael Todd and received an immediate reply saying they’d replace it. How refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products 100%. Thank you.
