Great quality necklace. Got it for my partner for valentines and he was thrilled. It arrived very quickly.

I already had a necklace that I’ve been wearing from Miansai for years. I decided to purchase a bracelet as one of the designs caught my eye. I have very specific tastes so only certain designs by certain artists tend to grab my attention. The price was reasonable. The shipping was quick and easy. The communication from the company during the transaction and shipping was excellent.

I really enjoy the design of the necklace I purchased. The pendants really standout from the basic chains I’ve worn in the past.

I bought a Crew Rope Bracelet, Matte Silver (101-0222-010) 2 year ago and and it's already completely broken. The cord has detached from the clasp and the bracelet can't be used anymore. This is unacceptable for a bracelet costing almost 200€, a cord bracelet at this price cannot break after only 2 year of normal use. I only wear it some times, never keep it under shower, sports activity or whatever. Maybe it just bad luck with a faulty product but I expect a much better quality from a premium brand like Miansai. UPDATE: I improve my rating. After an discussion with customer service, a solution has been found even after the warranty period

The quality of the jewellery isn’t great. Also, keep in mind that if you buy from the UK and an item needs to be changed for a different size for example, they do not do exchanges, and if you need a refund, you will be charged more than £30 to do that. I received half of the cost of the item back when I sent it back to them because the bracelet was the wrong size. I also had to email them to ask for my refund two weeks after it was delivered to them.
