I ordered the mati evil eye bracelet earlier in the year, it had been out of stock for a while and I was really excited when my size came into stock. When it arrived I questioned to myself the quality of it, as it didn’t really look like the photo on the website, but regretfully considering the cost of return to the US, I decided to keep it. It’s been niggling me ever since, as truly, it looks nothing like the photo, for example the holes (which create the eye pattern) look nothing like they should, and they are really closed up. I think this is a purchase I regret really, and I should have spent the money on something else.

Bought a gold plated ring and thought it looked a little cheap. I thought it would have the same color/appearance as solid gold as they use identical images for both the solid gold ring and vermeil plated ring on the website. It cost me 50€ just to send it back. Like what?? To have a 50€ handling fee seems excessive to me. Its like 20% of the price of the ring? Seems to me that Miansai bet on people wanting to try something out, being dissapointed, returning the item and paying a inflated handling fee where Miansai then profit anyway

I always liked this brand, but I was highly disappointed with my order 30309069. What a shame, half, yes, half of the items were defective! They were on sale with many "non-returnable" rules.

My items were never shipped. They said they were shipped but no tracking number was ever provided. I have contacted their support multiple times, they are not very helpful. Twice they have said they will re-ship the items but then don't do anything. I've purchased from Miansai before, their items are expensive and the bracelets are fragile (the clasps will break, especially the leather ones). This company is too expensive to have bad customer service. Buy your jewelry somewhere else

Beautiful ring, but I just bought it and the stone was ALREADY loose and wiggly which for the price I paid was disappointing. The website said I would get free shipping for purchases over $120 or something and I spent way more than that n still had to pay for shipping which was weird.

Quility of the product is great but its too difficult to put the bracelet on by yourself without someone helping you so I don't recommend.

One of the bracelets I bought looks like absolute garbage in real life. I wouldn't have taken this thing for free if someone tried to give it to me. That's $115 dollars down the drain. I also bought another bracelet and ring that didn't have any issues although the ring is too small and looks a bit feminine on an average size adult male. That's on me though as they did post the specifications for it. I ordered another ring that I was notified it was out of stock a week after ordering but getting a refund for that was no issue. Overall; I wouldn't shop from Miansai again as I don't think it's my style after seeing the jewelry in person.

Hi. I wish I was better at returning items. I ordered 4 bracelets. And paid for 4 bracelets. Then I received a message informing me that 2 were out of stock. So I still don’t have them despite paying for them. i thought i ordered all size medium, but one of the bracelets I received is a small and therefore not usable for me. All in all i think I paid $300-400 and at the moment have one small white rope bracelet. It seems pretty bad to charge someone and then after let them know it’s out of stock.
