Do not order from Miansai if you're not in the USA. I am based in the UK and I ordered a ring which turned out to be too small and had scratches. While trying to get a refund they have charged me £30 to return their product. Miansai does not appear to have a specfic customer service email address, emailing their general email address does not get you a response.

While it’s been some time, we want you to know your concerns did not go unheard. Starting today, December 20, 2024, customers outside the U.S. will now be able to receive refunds for duties and taxes, with only shipping costs remaining their responsibility. This change was made possible thanks to improvements by our international shipping partner.
