Ordered lenses on September 3. Estimated delivery date is astronomically incorrect. Order did not arrive in time for vacation on September 14. Came back from vacation on September 19 and order still did not arrive. Tracking update still shows a scan in Franklin IN with no movement. This company's customer service is non-existent. I have emailed x2 with no response. You have been warned do not order from these jokers! Now I have to dispute the charges!

This was so frustrating! I ordered lenses for my Oakley Feedback frames. The lenses came and they were nothing like the originals I have. There are two ridge lines in the Fuse lenses but only one ridge in the OEM lenses which causes issues installing them. Also, the curvature is even completely off. After going back and forth, they offered to have me send my frames in and they were going to create a custom set of lenses and install them for me. Great customer service right? Nope....my frames showed up today and all they did was JAM the same lenses into the frames - They're barely being held in by one or 2 threads!

Had cataract surgery in both eyes . So I didn't need prescription sunglasses anymore. Fuse made it simple . Mailed me a box to send in my old sunglasses . From the time I ordered less than 3 weeks passed so I would s a y that's pretty fast. Nice lenses . I went with the amp carbon polarized lenses. Very light weight but great overall. I highly recommend Fuse lenses.

The website is very confusing when ordering RX lenses. They got my order wrong and are very slow ro respond and rectify the situation.

I needed some prescription lens in my ray ban sunglasses I got second hand, and lens crafter and rayban said it was cost at least $300-$500 on the cheaper end so looked up other options and I found this company. I was rather skeptical at first because it was ony $87 for them to make them and install them, but all the reviews seemed great, so I ordered them, they sent me a box, I put my sunglasses in them and then it took a little long than I expected about 10-14 days, so I got nervous they just stole them but then I get an email saying they arrived and they are fantastic! Highly recommend, will be telling all my friends and family!!!

They are slow. Paid for lenses on May 5th. They didn't ship the box until May 12th. As of May 27th no lenses and after waiting almost a week to hear back from them im told they are still 10 days out. Asked for a return of my frames and a refund and was denied.

A week ago, I expressed my frustration with Fuse Lenses not having a web-post method for calling Customer Service. I had a problem with my order (my problem which I owned and was simply looking to exchange lenses for other lenses...and I was willing to pay the postage.) Could not find any way to reach CS. To their benefit, a CS rep reached out to me and provided me replacement lenses free of charge. All good. I repeated my recommendation to post easier access to CS on their website.

Fuse provides a great service. I sent them a scratched up pair of Costa Fantails with polarized poly lenses and decided I wanted a new pair of prescription sunglasses. I hardly ever used the Fantails as they were delaminating and scratched. I uploaded my prescription and within and other required details and within a few days received my shipping box. I put my old glasses in the mail and 3 weeks later I have brand new pair of prescription sunglasses for just over $200 that are in great frames. Highly recommend, especially if you have an old pair of good sunglasses with bad lenses.
