I pre-ordered the Hailey in October and the jacket shipping was going to be late. I received several emails apologizing and was offered a discount on the next order. When the jacket arrived around Thanksgiving, it was beautiful but the wrong size. Mia melon (Tanya) was very responsive. I returned the jacket, was reimbursed for shipping and the new jacket will be here shortly. Their products are wonderful. This will be my 4th coat and I know it won't be my last!

I ordered the Hailey jacket. The jackets are made to real women sizes, which I love. I ended up needing a size smaller, they sent out another size and didn’t bill my credit card for it. Once I received it, I was absolutely in love. I’m typically a size 10 and the medium fit perfectly! Such a great jacket, warm and wind proof! Perfect for everyday wear, dress it up or down-little dressy, a little casual. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have twice tried to order a coat, both times were unsuccessful. The first time I was told that the colour I wanted was oversold, but I could order an alternate pre-order colour that would ship in three weeks. Three weeks went by and I contacted customer service to be told the coat would ship at the end of the week. This happened weekly for almost a month... I would reach out inquiring where my coat was and they would reply it will ship “in a few days” or “shortly”. After a month (two months after the order was placed), I asked for a refund. They refunded my money, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to ordered a different coat. I received an email after a week saying the coat was in the process of shipping and today (almost two weeks after initially placing my second order) received an email saying it was oversold. The coats look great, but save your money and order from a reputable company that will actually send you what you order and pay for.

My five stars all go directly to Tanya. I ordered a jacket and it was too small so I tried reaching out to the company to initiate an exchange. I was worried that this was going to be a long process and as I live in the PNW I needed a coat as soon as possible. Tanya went above and beyond helping me with the exchange. This purchase was a big deal to me since I lost my job in March due to Covid so I was stressed about the money spent and not having a coat for weeks and weeks. Tanya deserves a raise. Although the quality of the jacket is gorgeous, it is because of HER and her alone and her phenomenal customer service that I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you, Tanya! You are the best!

So far I have ordered a coat but have been unsuccessful in contacting MM via email or phone. The coat has been mailed. My concern is if I need to go one size smaller, and if it is so difficult to talk to anyone, how smoothly can an exchange go? I am keeping my fingers crossed and will hope for the best. I was happy to support a small company but it seems they need to work on their communication.

I placed an order on 10/10/20. As of today I still have not received my order and no one at the company will respond. I have contacted them via email, text, chat, and called the corporate number. Still no response so I have had to file a dispute with PayPal. Very poor customer service. They blocked me from posting my complaints on their social media as well but did finally refund my money. It took filing a dispute for that to occur however.

This company will only allow you to return a full priced jacket. If it’s on sale you are only allowed to exchange. It’s a pretty confusing return policy, it doesn’t really support the customer, just the business. What businesses will not let you return items that are new and unworn, especially if the customer is unsatisfied. Also, why not be a bit more transparent with your strange non return policy? Maybe you wouldn’t offend potential customers then...? They are also not very good with customer service. I asked a question 10 days ago and haven’t heard a peep... I will not be supporting this company. I live in a mountain town and experience lots of types of weather. These jackets are more stylish then functional. You can get better quality without the hassle.

I had to return a coat because I didn't like the fit. The return process was a little convoluted, but the actual customer service was great!
