Amazing customer service!! The coat I wanted was listed as “Sold Out” so I reached out to customer service to see when it would become available again. Tanya contacted me to let me know that they actually had one left on the US warehouse and that they could expedite the shipping to get it to me by Christmas, which I did! Tanya was super engaged and helpful. The coat is stylish and super warm. I just wish the the fit wasn’t so boxy…am hoping that I can discuss an exchange with Tanya either for a smaller size or a different coat…

Truly outstanding customer service experience with Mia Melon for my purchase of the One Man rain jacket. As a business professional who meets with clients in their home(s) on a daily basis, I needed a rain jacket that is lightweight, waterproof, and looks professional when coupled with a dress shirt, tie, and slacks. The Henry jacket meets all of my necessary qualifications perfectly. Most of the other jackets I have ever owned have all been size Large, so I assumed that size Large would work best for this jacket as well. However, the sleeves were slightly too long for me and my family members also felt the shoulders looked a little big on me too. I am 5’11” and weigh about 215 lbs. The model who wears this jacket on the Mia Melon website is listed as being 6’2”and wearing a size Medium. In the end, the size Medium did work out best for me. The customer service department was able to work with me to ensure that they shipped me a size Medium in exchange for the size Large. The size Medium fits me perfectly! Thank you Mia Melon customer service department for working with me to ensure I got the best size.

I have sent 4 emails to get their attention about an update on my order which was placed mid-November. it said it would be shipped on Nov 30 but I haven't had any updates. I tried texting 2 days ago and calling this morning. Their voicemail box is full so there was no opportunity to leave a message. Seems like many other customers are trying to get hold of them as well. ** update** They texted me this afternoon to let me know the reason for their delay in responding which is much appreciated. My coat should be sent to me Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

Looks like a scam company to me. One year ago I backed their kickstarter project, I paid and they were supposed to deliver my jacket in March. In July we last heard from them they were gonna send out the jackets, but nothing ever since, no jacket, no track & trace, no message, no reply to my emails, nothing. So sad. Don't buy from them.

I bought the Alexa coat, which is usually $270, on sale for $200. It was described as lined with microfleece. When the coat arrived, there were numerous exposed seams inside the coat, which is not my definition of "lined" at all. I had a difficult time getting a refund.

Waterproof. Warm. Gorgeous! I did have to email about my shipment but once I did, it was seamless to receive it. Now i want more coats lol

Have previously bought a Mia Melon coat and love it which is why I backed their Kickstarter may last year. I appreciate that things have been difficult which is why I was patient when I was emailed and told that they didn't have the coat I'd backed but that if I was to wait until fall I would be sent one from the new collection. It's November and I still dont have a coat and I've had no reply from numerous emails. Very disappointed
