The ring looked way better than in the picture! I was blown away at how beautiful it was. I wasn't expecting it to look this good. Very please with the venetian!

I was really excited to order from MiaDonna because 1) I was looking for an ethical diamond jeweler, and 2) one with more styles than the site where we had ordered my engagement ring. I found a wedding band that I absolutely loved, and was excited to received it in the mail. However, when I tried it on, I noticed that one gem was crooked. I reached out to ask if it could be sent back and adjusted, and the response I got was that the crooked nature would be "expected" with the style. This was a surprise to me as there was no disclaimer on the site for this style saying that could be the case. The visual online also did not indicate that this style would be crooked, as it is perceived to be a linear design. Customer service decided to take it back and readjust the ring. I asked them to cover the shipping costs, and they were hesitant, but did it anyway. A few weeks later, I received the adjusted ring, and I had the same issue - one crooked stone. Again, I reached out, and they said that this was a common outcome of the design of the ring, and said I was unable to return the ring as it was past my 30-day window, even though the ring was defected when I first received it. I was pretty disappointed by this policy as the quality of customer service was lower than expected given the price I had paid for this ring. After much back-and-forth, they offered to remake the ring completely, which I reluctantly did because I didn't have a choice - or, I lose the money I paid for the ring. This meant another trip to the post office and paying for postage and insurance. When I asked for the reimbursement for the postage and insurance again, I received push back, to which I reiterated that this issue was the same as the first time, so why couldn't I reimbursed for it? Eventually, they gave in. What was most frustrating about this whole experience was how customer service put the fault on ME, when I was merely pointing out a flaw in the product. I don't think that this is good practice by any stretch for any company, especially since the final product that I received was ultimately flawless. Which, is what I should expect the first time around! I don't want to purchase from MiaDonna again despite the beautiful range of designs because of this experience. I would have rated 1-star, but gave it 2 since the third time's a charm, and my ring is finally perfectly built.

The ring looks beautiful. We have only had it a short time and she hasn't worn it much yet, we are waiting for the wedding. The service was good and very informative and the ring arrived a little earlier than we expected.
