Great customer service but the product…
Great customer service but the product was very disappointing- took 2 weeks longer than quoted and within a week after only wearing the ring 2-3 times another stone fell out. We get married in 4 days and there was not time to fix it again. Very disappointed.

Hello Samantha, we were so sorry to hear that a stone fell out just before your wedding day which obviously was not enough time for us to get it repaired. Unfortunately due to the damage that had occured to your ring initially and the halo part of the ring being completely bent it is not unusual for a stone to come loose after such extensive damage. I understand this is frustrating and we will definitely get this repaired for you as soon as you are able to bring it to the showroom.
