Great service, arrived on time and charter bus exceeded expectations.

Working with Metropolitan shuttle has been a great experience! As a planner I look for event vendors that are professional, flexible and team players and that's exactly how the Metro team works. Shuttles are beautiful and clean as well, big plus! Will use them for more events in the future.

The process was easy. Booking it was quick. The driver was great.... could of gotten there a little earlier to have time to load. The bus was clean. Just be sure you confirm you are getting the correct bus a few days before!

Good luck trying to get them to respond. They won't. Manager won't even return a call. Left me completely hanging and now I have to scramble to find another option. Don't even bother with this company.
