One of the best experiences in taking a school group. The bus was great, clean had charging stations for every seat, and our drive George was the absolute best. He knew the travel routes well and was helpful in planning stops, pick up's etc. We highly highly recommend Metropolitan and hope to work with them soon again.

They did a great job of getting us transportation when no one else could. They were punctual and friendly all around! Thanks for making our trip memorable!

We were very happy with the service Metropolitan Shuttle provided us. The driver, Nikolai, was awesome. He arrived before the predicted time, always with a smile, very helpful.

We booked 4 days of local transportation in Orlando last minute. Alusaine with Metropolitan Shuttle was extremely responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. We got everything booked within hours. Since they source to multiple companies, we had a different driver every day and a different bus everyday. This worked well since our group number changed daily and our needs changed daily. The flexibility was exactly what we needed! All drivers showed up on time, buses were clean and everything went smoothly. I rarely leave reviews, but when I was initially booking with this company all the negative reviews scared me a bit. I'd like to add my excellent experience to the mix. After my experience with this company, I will be using them for group trips again in the future. Thank you Al!

Company was use for a field trip for 8th graders no more than got started got pulled over for drivers swerving all over the kids had to wait hours for other bus drivers to only show up with buses that stank. This company ruined the kids first day of what should have been a amazing trip. The next day wouldn’t even show up to take them to a amusement park. This is the worst company I’ve ever seen the first two drivers should lose their jobs and the company should reimburse the schools money for putting this kids through such bs.

Dear Alicia, Thank you for your message. We're disheartened that the students' trip was affected this way. We have worked with the bus operator in question before without problems, and we have verified that their record with the DOT is satisfactory. It appears that the drivers had not rested before getting behind the wheel. We're working with local law enforcement and the Department of Transportation to get to the bottom of this. We're sorry that the buses that were dispatched didn't meet your expectations. Our main goal was to get the group to their destination as quickly as possible. We are communicating with your group leader and will continue to do our best to make amends.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!! Never in my life have I seen a more embarrassing and unprofessional company. You people are a disgrace. We are with the Belington Middle School 8th grade class, and you have single-handedly ruined this trip. Every single student on this trip deserves a personal apology from you people. This trip started with excitement from kids that hardly ever make it out of their small hometown, and has ended in a complete nightmare. Pathetic. We made the news in two different states because of your lack of accountability.

Dear Trevor, Thank you for your message. We understand your concern. We too are not happy that there was a problem with your trip. Please know that we are working with your group leader and the bus operator to get to the bottom of what happened. We have reached out to local law enforcement and have encouraged the participation of the DOT.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From beginning to end Metro Shuttles was amazing. They had the cheapest rates so I was a little wary to go with them but so happy I did! Elena was so patient and organized as I went back and forth between a few different shuttle options. Once that was finalized she gave me the contact details of my driver Martin and he was excellent as well!! Martin stayed in contact with me throughout the day of the event to make sure he knew exactly where he was going (In Las Vegas) and even did a dry run of the route (I didn't even ask!) to make sure the ride for my guests would be smooth. Seriously a GREAT experience. THANK YOU!!!
