I was told after trying to purchae a phone with service , their web site offers lots of deals to purchae online including fre shipping. The cost was. 120 I was paying 69 on the new phone to get a new number. Remainder was month of service , activation. Fees waived. In the store I was literally screamed at. I was asked which phone and before I could answer a second employee reached under the counter, slammed a box on the counter and said this is the only phone you're getting free g Up on here today any other you pay full price. She had already intervened on an earlier subject and was mean threatening aggressive. To me. I just wanted out of there but desperately needed a phone. I just kept taking myself. ..get thru it. Just get thru it. I have limited vision and I buy a brand of phone that I can read best. Period. I felt I would have been treated worse if I said a word. The lady helping me stayed quiet she had the phone and was doing whatever they do. I couldn't see the phone. She handed it to me. It had a blue ugly case on it . I assumed it was free. No I paid 169 total. 60 in accessories she never said 1 word about. Not one. Don't go in there. It wasn't just me. She screNed F you at an wledrly lady having trouble with her payment. She even had that poor woman's bank on the stores phones loud speaker announcing her personal info to all of us. Mercy.

CROOKS, Stay away from Metro PCS, DO NOT BUY UPGRADED PHONES, You can’t return them. They bait you with a discount and don’t tell you that you can’t return them until after the purchase you look at the bottom of the receipt where it says that upgraded phones can’t be returned. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES . I got hustled out of $220.00 for a Revel 6 piece of junk that doesn’t work worth anything. I have reported them to the FCC, Attorney General and the BBB

metro pcs is a kickass company. it is the most economical youll find and beyond that when you call them they give exceptional customer service, it feels like actually do care if they solve my problem or not. my phone fell in water during a flood in FL. During the hurricane metro made sure i had a new phone by the next business day even though we were facing a natural disaster. metro is believe it or not an alright company and if you dont think it is, go pay more somewhere else. metro does what it has to do every time. im a tough critic but metro gets it done.

I need help, Metro By T-mobile took my money and their trash plastic phone doesn't work. They suspended my service on my recent paid second line. My primary line is suspended, I need to have my second line active.. why did you suspend it?? What a Garbage company. Trash, Trash, Trash. At the end on Saturday, September 24th when I told him I didn't want the service anymore, the representative at the above location told me that he changed the coupon and I had to pay around $90 only. This is not acceptable, He Tried to get $150 first. This is ridiculous, your horrible plastic takes about 3 minutes to turn on. It doesn't charge fast and gets too hot on the back... Your Cheap Plastic Wiko Voix Phones are scam. This cheap plastic stopped working today. Do you take advantage of poor people who can't afford to pay for more expensive phones? I paid on Saturday September 24th for a second line ending on xxx-xxx-8853, but your system just stopped my service today. I had a really bad experience at Metro Pcs on 3900 S. Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822 I went to the store last thursday at 7:40 the person working at time spanish guy Waldermar told I can't help you right now because my system is down he told to come back the next friday at 9:00 am to help with a new phone I went to the store at 10:00 am on my break time he wasn't there. The lady on charge told he will be here at 11:00 I left because I had to go back to work. Honestly I did want him to help and I help him to get the sale. I went yesterday again at 7:20 pm he start talking I don't know why people come so late during the day no one came in and at the time to close everybody starts coming in. I didn't say anything but of course I went at that because I was working all day and they close at 8:00 pm he had plenty time to sell me the phone and do the process. He brought a TLC phone that I never ask for because he knew that I told him since the beginning I'm looking for Samsung Galaxy A13. He was like this is cheaper get this one I told no I want the Samsung. He went to grab the Samsung when I pick it up he was like don't take it because a lady came to buy the same and she dropped them she didn't want to pay for and I did make her paid for with bad attitude like he was owner of the store of course if you buying something you have to look at it. At the I left the store I went to another store the service was excellent. Any one looking for a new phone don't go to this store on 3900 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando, FL 32822 they got the worst customer service I ever seen in my life😣

Metro PCS in Oxford, Alabama near Walmart is awful!!! They are rude and treat you as you are bothering them. I asked about an upgrade, the female said it’s on the sign by the phone. I asked you. You are a human who can look up my info and tell me how much I would have to pay and for how long. So I asked for an iPhone 13, she said she will have to call the boss to see if he can bring some to the store. Didn’t answer one question. They were too busy catering to their own kind of people.

The customer service rep could not help me for nearly an hour. She just emptied my phone of settings. I was just switching a new phone with the same phone. She locked my phone for three days. I switched carriers. I’d had them for years. Something very bad is going on there.

Worst service of any I've been with. ZERO customer service via call center, can't even pay the bill online anymore as their website has been down for months. In a store -ANY metropcs store, have only encountered rude employees. It seems they are determined to force all metropcs customers to have to switch to T-Mobil. They should be honest that they took their website down in order to force customers to leave metropcs. Seems we are back to almost no competition, as only 3 big/major cell phone providers now - so back to a monopoly of corporations doing as they please to their customers. And Metropcs SOLD all my data.
