The team at Merit Administration is simply outstanding. They consistently exhibit politeness, professionalism, and promptness in their responses. Whenever I have reached out to them, they have been informative and helpful, providing me with all the necessary information and support. It's a pleasure to deal with such a dedicated and responsive team.

first call was a disaster. Forgot the person I that was working with me. Went through the process and at the end when she was going to give me the information to submit the documents needed to move forward with the claim. She instead said, "have a good day" and hung up the phone without giving me the any info. I had to call back and then got Sherilyn on the phone which was 5 stars from start to finish. She got the info I needed to move forward with the claim. You need more people like Sherilyn on your team. She was great.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely as I have by the only 2 people that they let handle the customers that want to cancel their warranty. If they are that driven not to refund ANY part of a warranty I purchased 6 months ago. It is obvious on how paying a claim would go. If I hadn't recorded how they handled me all 4 times I called, some people wouldn't believe me. I have never taken the time to report poor service, but this company is so bad that I should face blame if I didn't attempt to warm the public. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I GUARANTEE IT WILL END POORLY.

Worst all around experience ever with pushy sales people and terribly rude customer service. They were mean on the phone told me that I would have to hold extra if I wanted to cancel. Took forever. Amazingly poor!

My interactions with Merit Administration have been nothing short of wonderful. Every time I've needed to reach out for help, they have delivered exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Merit Administration to anyone looking for reliable support after their warranty has expired. Trust them to take care of you while you focus on making more awesome experiences.

I cannot emphasize enough the excellent coverage provided by Merit Administration. Despite my initial hesitation, they proved me wrong by stepping up and covering my motor and transmission when they unexpectedly failed. Even with my vehicle having high mileage, Merit Administration came through, saving me from a massive bill. I am extremely grateful for their comprehensive coverage.

I took my car in to get the air conditioner fixed. My mechanic called Merit and did the work but Merit would not accept it. I have paid $159 per month for the past year. This was the first time I used their service. Now I gong to have to pay over $1000 to my mechanic!
