The service I received from US Automotive Protection was outstanding. As a new customer, I am truly pleased with the level of service provided to me thus far. It all began with Jared Turner, who introduced me to the service and did an excellent job explaining everything. When I submitted my first claim, I was extremely satisfied with Mr. David Post, the Claim Adjuster. He was outstanding—very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Mr. Post worked diligently on my claim and ensured it moved through the system as quickly as possible without any delays. He also kept the dealership accountable and on track with their responsibilities. He was truly a shining light during what could have been a very frustrating experience, especially considering the delays I encountered with the dealership. I strongly recommend working with Mr. David Post. He clearly knows his job well and genuinely wants the best outcomes for his customers.

Total lack of communication refuses to compensate for repairs zero effort to make a positive impact on policy i feel completely robbed and drained!

I had already spoken to someone about payments and made arrangements when another agent contacted me and wanted to collect a payment and set up a different payment plan.

It was easy to process a claim and get the work done.

They go online and just select random parts and what they cost and say "this is all the amount we will cover because we can find the parts cost this much on this site", but they won't back up those parts for the contract warranty moving forward. Leaving a loophole to say "we can't verify those parts and where you got them" if they same problem were to occur again under the warranty contract. Complete garbage. Will not recommend or be using this company again after my our contract is finished.

My issues were never cleared First issue turned out tobe an uncovered component never covered in the agreement Took more than a month for someone to identify 2nd and 3rd issue were only partially confirmed Meaning only a small portion of the repair expense was covered Lastly i had begun working with a different administrator as i was expressing that I would like to have my contract cancelled/closed As my agreement was paid upto the beginning of the next month The advisor and I had an agreement that we would review my options But we would do so on the 2nd of the following month It turns out that someone contacted the company that collects the monthly payments and instructed them to reopen the payment portal for my account after i had advised that they no longer process any further payments against my account I have sent emails requesting that my account be closed immediately and the current payment be returned to me No follow up or acknowledgment from service advisor or anyone else Do not recommend that anyone enter into an agreement with this company They are not responsive to their clients
